The problem is due to that.
Road is not linear. Even driving through slow pace cars gets scrapes underbodyparts of sedans . Not just that due to sudden road such elevation changes even bus to bikes gets scratches on sides in tight traffic situation as some vehicles body shakes to left side hitting nearby bikers or vehicles.

Speed break placement and it's dimensions should be based on the length of road approaching the curvature, acceleration and velocity of vehicles against the curvature angle . It is basic calculus formulation applied on civil construction. Speed breaker can be placed in array formation. There are much more dangerous roads in Europe cities where people travel safely. But you need that will to save people life and some common sense.. 😜
