Now it's time for ZAK, the number 3 of the Z-Stacks! I did my best to have him resemble Al Capone, who he is supposedly based on.

TUGS (1988-1989) was a show created by David Mitton (1939-2008) and Robert D. Cardona, who worked on Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends during its live-action, model seasons. TUGS only had 13 episodes. This show has a special place in my heart, and I wanted to pay it some respect.
