This really sounds almost identical to the 2.4 Ferrari V6 used in the Lancia Stratos only without a turbocharger. Ferrari has done a fantastic job with this masterpiece..
The reason this v6 sounds so different and so good its because its a 90 degree v6. basically a v8 engine without two cylinders. not your typical 60 degree v6 which is basically every v6 in production.
NA will always be below FI cars in both power and sound, especially with loud turbos. The only time that even can come close is in the case of the LFA or the FXX K Evo.
Of course it is, so I understand that ;) It's like me, I really like the sound of my car, but I know some people doesn't like it, but as long as I like it, I'm fine with it ^^
I can tell you guys this car is a monster on road and it’s a big pleasure to drive, I drove one at “Alfa Romeo Emotion Tour” in France inside with automatic gears, while driving you hear nothing so loud You can hear the pop sound from the exhaust it’s very nice and geez when your foot is full power on the gaz pedal you’re glued on the seat, trust me the 510hp you can feel it and I wasn’t on race mode my pilot teacher didn’t wanted..waay to serious, it’s Truly fast and powerful people who wants to this serious toy needs pilots lesson trust me
@@RichardABW I’m watching all these after markt exhaust videos just to find out whether I can improve the sound of my Quadrifoglio, because - embarrassingly - it sounds nowhere near as good as my 156 GTA
@@kasimirdenhertog3516 Sadly I think it’s not possible because of the turbo. Was a while ago now but I think I remember a GTV/GTA with unicorse exhaust with equal length downpipes sounding the best. @@RichardABW I think it's the 90 degree V angle, which makes the Giulia sound coarse and mechanical, much like the old Maserati Biturbos. And yes, also the turbos drown out the sound a bit. Almost every car here in Europe has the manual option. In fact here the automatic is "an option", that is available in general only on some trims an not on every car.
LA Benward yeah my point is that these cars just don’t have a track record yet. It’ll be interesting to see if they’re reliable in the long run. I’d love to get one some day.

Is there a dogless downpipe available instead of catless?
Jakub Kurzawa yeah, but it doesn’t quite have the same bark.
Sarah -n- Tuned well played!
Genuinely lolled!
Jakub Kurzawa 😂
lmao hhhh
Manual gearbox with this engine is so rare and perfect!

@@ThatRedGTI99 totally agree
ACommonFerrariFan you don’t need to be a prick about it
If I’m correct the engine in the quadrifolio is a Ferrari V8 Block without 2 cylinders.
Ya but the engine is a lambo
The sound inside the cabin is just ridiculous! Super sweet car i love it
I love this sound. So unique. Just like how the bmw s55 and n55 In-line 6 sounds unique. Love both
That sound is really awesome👌
I was going to say the same thing
It sounds like my v6 Silverado

It’s because it’s an odd fire v6, not because of the Bank angle.
it’s dirty but clean 😍
And I like it 😍
Clean n dirty lol
2 fast 2 furious! Hahah love it
Lol
Coming from a V8 loving American. I think it sounds really good
Had no money left over for a car wash apparently
Do you keep your Alfa Romeo Quatrofromaggio spotlessly clean at all times?
It's between car washes or keeping it running
@@MegaMarcin98 I do.
Creepy Lil' Llama if you can afford such a car, washing it (someone else doing it or course) would be scratching your balls in terms of finances.
Robert Murray 😂😂😂 I totallly agree!!
Not bad for a twin turbo V6 .
I personally like the "odd" sounding cars. Character I suppose. Love this.
Turbos often sound pretty crap but I must admit that sounds pretty reasonable. Of course not even in the same league as NA
Freud exactly!
Reasonable? I think this sounds amazing! Especially for a turbocharged car
the exhausts are not stock, but even without them still sounds nice
NA will always be below FI cars in both power and sound, especially with loud turbos. The only time that even can come close is in the case of the LFA or the FXX K Evo.
That must be one heavy flywheel assembly.
who remembers Jeremy Clarkson struggling to get in and out of the Quadrifoglio 😂😂😂
Sounds like a two strokes diesel
At low RPM it does yeah
Detroit
@Rama Nrusimhadevara Say what??? XD
th-cam.com/video/rws_2kFahBI/w-d-xo.html
probably because of the turbocharger
As someone said, sounds like a stratos without the turbo, which is a huge compliment:D
If this video could be 10 hours I’d be in love
This is possibly the nicest Alfa to date...
My Dream car, with the best sound!!
Awesome!!
They install pavarotti into the engine 😍
I can’t believe they didn’t bring the manual to US.
This cars sound reminds me of my 4th gen 5spd maxima with an intake, exhaust and lightened flywheel. Boy this takes me back...
love this car.. 2:13 really shows how fast this thing is. no traction lol
Sounds awesome. Love it!!

I'm not a fan of V6, but with Alfa it's sounds just right. Nice Video, thanks, for upload!
Wow finally someone who know that a Giulia need to be manual. 🥰
Unfortunately Alfa Romeo Giulia is not producted with manuel gearbox anymore.
I wish we got the manual here in the States.
Nice to see a Alfa Romeo Dirty they look so much better 👍
George Cope I like my women how I like my cars
Loud and dirty
i love the sound
It sounds like total shit from outside lol.
Modern Alfas both look and sound great! This one is almost perfect.
Listen to some videos of the old Busso V6, this is terrible in comparison.

Ferrari/Alfa Romeo❤️🔥🔥

Never knew a V6 could sound good
Nissan GTR laughs at you😉
That thing dips. Lol and it sounds badass.
Gotta get the dual clutch trans in these so it can fart between shifts
Dont need a dual clutch to have the brrrt. Many cars that have the zf 8 speed have that brrt when shifting like some bmw and some audi.
with that zf it does
Nah. ZF S6-53 is better
It does that on upshifts?
