I started afresh 2018 after finding out from court and I am still fighting. Now I have to flie with law society for misconduct bcs I have proof that I was hospitized when I 'apparently retract divorce "but I moved on emotionally spiritual and fighting for my freedom and my money. He stopped working and spend/hid money when I was sick. LIFE.But I'm blessed 🙌

Perhaps it could be that the judge can rule jn your favour that the divorce go through considering the fact that he cheated on you however won't let you go. I am not a lawyer but over here in Namibia there have been cases like yours where the Judge ends up granting the divorce because the two parties can't seem to reach an understanding on certain issues. Thats how my mother was divorced,she didnt even know about it,she only found out later after she was told by her friends back home that the ex had gotten married again.Oh the new wife kicked him out of his house and gotten a restraining order against him😌.

I started afresh 2018 after finding out from court and I am still fighting. Now I have to flie with law society for misconduct bcs I have proof that I was hospitized when I 'apparently retract divorce "but I moved on emotionally spiritual and fighting for my freedom and my money. He stopped working and spend/hid money when I was sick. LIFE.But I'm blessed 🙌

I wanted to ask can't your lawyer approach a judge as your ex keeps claiming he wants a divorce but he doesn't want to sign? Perhaps it could be that the judge can rule jn your favour that the divorce go through considering the fact that he cheated on you however won't let you go. I am not a lawyer but over here in Namibia there have been cases like yours where the Judge ends up granting the divorce because the two parties can't seem to reach an understanding on certain issues.
