      Hundreds if not thousands of individuals rights completely violated. Maybe he will even run into a couple fellow inmates that he planted stuff on or fudged reports on or lied in testimony. Either way, if he’s retired right now, he was DEFINITELY part of a terrible culture.

      Using the term “citizens” is a bit misleading. This CRIMINAL was wanted on a felony warrant and was fleeing the police. He made his choice and lost. Good riddance. I lean towards the liberal side on most issues but crime in this country is out of control. The cop hating is just ridiculous. Police have an impossible job and I for one support them for all they do.

    When did he retire? Did he retire after the murder? LEOs should not be allowed to retire if they are or will be facing criminal charges. The deck is stacked in the favor of corrupt/criminal LEOs. That needs to change. Edit: Detective Brian Keely retired ONE DAY before his arraignment. If he did nothing wrong why was he in such a rush to retire? This is rediculous & needs to change.

    • @n8iv386
      @n8iv386 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      You are correct about the deck being stacked in favor of Law Enforcement, Judges, Court Personnel, etc...
      Sometime in the 1980's the Supreme Court approved the Qualified Immunity Act, which protects Law Enforcement Officers from being held personally accountable/responsible for their wrongful actions against citizens.
      Law Enforcement Officers are there to make sure that the laws aren't broken and to address those who break the law. The problem is that they don't know many of the laws/statutes, they misinterpret what the laws say or mean, and most have no understanding of Constitutional Laws, which are the most important because they were written to protect the people's naturally born rights, and can overide city or state laws, and the one's that they sware an oath to protect and defend, before they can get their certification to work in the field of Law Enforcement.

      Law Enforcement believe they are superior and above the citizens. It's too bad they don't understand the oath they took says all men are all equal in the eyes of the law, which means that the only time Law Enforcement is above a citizen is if they have broken the law. If you have not committed a crime and refuse to give your ID to most Law Enforcement Officers, they try to arrest you for obstruction. Why? Because Law Enforcement Officers do not want to hear the word "NO" and they think they are superior to you, so they will use their authority against you for hurting their egos.

      The state wouldn't strip the father's parental rights..
