Absolutely beautiful, I was casually listening to some classical songs while I read journals for my thesis, and when this came on I had to stop because it gave me chills. Ahhhh Ludovico Einaudi you musically magnificent genius, you. Thank you for this upload I have never heard this piece with these instruments before. I learned this piece on piano for my first GF, so it has lots of meaning to me. 4 years later and I still have it memorized and play it all the time, but sadly we are no longer together

I imagine a beautiful story to go with this: A young knight and a princess are deeply in love, they’re very happy together. They dance all day and night, celebrating their love for one another. At 3:17 the princess is captured by an enemy kingdom. The intensity that follows is the knight chasing down the love of his life. He fights against all sorts of adversaries, finally emerging at the stronghold of the enemy. At 4:42, the young knight finds that the young princess had been killed. He holds her frail body in his arms and sobs, dancing with her lifeless form just as he did when she was alive.
I just imagine a story of 2 lovers but their families don't approve of their relationship so they constantly sneak off to meet each other and the climax of the song is when them decide to run away. Idk I just feel that way about it

Beautiful!!!!! Astounding performance! Astounding video-6:28 out of 6:36- saying that only because I would have to discredit the 6 seconds worth on the vid at the 1:14-1:20 and then 2 secs at the 2:11-2:13 where the duo is shown with the trash graffiti as the back drop. IMO this takes away from the beauty of an otherwise flawless production!

Astounding video-6:28 out of 6:36- saying that only because I would have to discredit the 6 seconds worth on the vid at the 1:14-1:20 and then 2 secs at the 2:11-2:13 where the duo is shown with the trash graffiti as the back drop. IMO this takes away from the beauty of an otherwise flawless production!
