We're still playing PF2e (Quest for the Frozen Flame) and will port over to the Remaster in due course. But I hope the Remaster clarifies minor grey areas we are encountering - such as a creature that is prone, on taking an Action to stand (a Move trait) that triggers an Opportunity Attack from a Fighter - is it still 'flat-footed' (off-guard) with respect to that opportunity attack? I (provisionally) ruled it was - that its prone condition ends at the end of its Move Action to stand. Also the rules on 'concentration' could be clearer - I was interpreting 'disruption' to things like sustained spells and Hunters Prey as when taking damage at any point while concentrating, but on re-reading the rules we decided 'disruption' only occurs during an Action (to sustain, etc). Anyway, hopefully the Remaster makes these things clearer. Thanks again for your video guides - they're really useful and appreciated.

      Thanks for the comment!
You know, I actually rule stand the other way but in reading your reasoning I actually see your point and wonder if I'm doing it wrong! The remaster has the exact same wording so no clarification that I can see 2e.aonprd.com/Conditions.aspx?ID=31
I generally rule the trait concentrate the same way you do.

For the Reactive Strike on standing from Prone, it happens after standing up is completed, so no Off-Guard. This can be found in CRB pg.474 under "Moves that Trigger Reactions" and in Player Core pg. 422 under "Reactions to Movement" Basically, any Move action that doesn't have you leaving a square will complete before the Reaction occurs. For disrupting actions, it has to be from an ability that outright states that it does it like a Lesser Death's "Lurking Death" reaction or a Monk's "Stand Still" against Move actions. Regular AoO/Reactive strike only disrupts Manipulate actions. There may be actions/activities that state they can be disrupted by something but I can't think of any off the top of my head.

Thanks @Packard27633! That's really helpful and I could not remember why I had the interpretation that I did.
