- Bonus mini-episode where I try out the Prismatic Wall with the Elektron Analog RYTM MKII. I mostly explore where the Prismatic Wall can take a simple kick pattern, but then take it a step further and explore some other drum sounds as well!

The sound and manual wiggles I get happening at 04:20 are one of my favorite moments with the Prismatic Wall so far!
Thank you so much for another magnificent video!
Thanks for checking it out! I appreciate the kind words. =)
Sounds AMAZING
It's super cool! I can definitely see it on drums under everything else going on, really adding an interesting bed to layer on top of!
Fantastic work here, thank you so much! This thing is really magical on drums!
Thank you! Love it on drums the most so far. It adds so much to the space between (not a DMB ref) the kicks, esp when edging on feedback osc. Fantastic work yourself! =)
Really appreciate your pedal demos, especially with drum machines! The Prismatic Wall sounded way more interesting than I thought it would. Do you think you'll try out the Chase Bliss Onward?
Yeah it’s super cool! I plan to sample single drum sounds with different tunings and then do some quick sequencing and see what comes out with no “overlaps” of the decays. I think that’ll be pretty interesting :) On the Onward, maybe if I can get my hands on one! It’s the kind of thing I tend to like so I feel like it would be fun to give it a try!
Thanks for the extra drum demo 🙏
Hey thanks for thanking me! It was sitting there begging me to get weird with some kicks and I was just having fun and thought, "hey I should record this" haha - glad it was helpful!
Rytm is awesome, my favorite drum machine. If you feel like more experimentation, try sending a MIDI track out to the prismatic.
Yess RYTM is my favorite (modern) drum machine too. I'll never sell it! I haven't tried any midi or CV with the Prismatic Wall yet, but I plan to!
