    At 2:40 can we remove that widget that asks for the numbers and emails? Like i just want it to talk to customers instead of asking their phone straight away

      I haven’t actually revisited this for a long time, I know it can now be live chat and have an AI assistant too. From what I know now I don’t think you can, but I’ll relearn and see if it’s possible

    whenever i test the widget it out it says failed instead of received! anyone know a solution for this?

    Just doesnt work for NZ though cause twilio doesn't offer mobile numbers no?

      You're right, Twilio doesn't provide anything for New Zealand. One of my main pain points with the software. I'm sure there'll be an alternative out there, I haven't put much time into finding one though.

    Great video. I noticed you selected under internal notification: notifcation instead of email or SMS. Is there a reason for this and how do does go high level notify you when you select just notifcation?

      Hey Alex, sorry for the insanely late reply! So whoever is associated with the client account gets a push notification if it's just notification through the Lead Connector app. Super handy for quick follow ups, especially if you are an Apple User and have an Apple Watch. Notifications directly to your watch!

    I see you choose Notification mode, but what does that notify? It causes the app to make a sound? or if in windows, it makes a noise alarm? Or, is this a way to notify team-members mainly?

      I imagine you could add in the html code somewhere, but I haven’t tried it personally.

    Thanks for the great explanation. How do you handle businesses that have multiple locations but only 1 website? Can you filter the leads from the chat widget by location?

      Mmm good question! If you set up each location as a new sub-account, then it's fine. You can only use 1-chat widget per sub-account however.
