    Hello chef.. thank you for the recipe..!am a vegetarian.. any choice I can use some thing else for gelatin?? Like agar agar .. if so what may be the measurement please?? Kindly advise..🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

      Unfortunately, in this recipe there is no option to replace gelatine with agar agar but you can make any changes according to your experience and knowledge. If you are ok to consume fish, you can use fish gelatine.
      Also brand Sosa has a variety of gelling agents, I believe you can find something from they line of products that is suitable for you. Thank you!

      Mixer brand doesn't really matter🤗. In this video I use KitchenAid
