- Here is a test raid I carried out with the Unicorn mod and the ZLR GRAU rifle, which is a lot of fun to use.
I survived quite a lot in this raid and happened to record it, so here's what my configuration is like with the Unicorn mod running.
I'll do more testing and come back with more information.

Thank you kindly for showcasing Unicorn on Factory. Have you noticed a difference between Unicorn and Donut spawns?

I did about 15 raids in Factory last night and felt that encounters had become more frequent or dynamic.
Need to spend more time with Dynamic Maps and Raid Review, but I think it's great so far.
I made the adjustments to Looting Bots and Donuts you suggested and they were a big help.
@@thestarvox That's good news. I personally think that Unicorn shines on bigger maps, you know, since there's more room for areas that have never had spawns before.
When I decided on locations for Factory and Labs, I just went kind of crazy with it. Factory is a map that's claustrophobic and intense, it's suppose to be dangerous right. Luckily your video did a great job showing that.

I'm glad that this was a good demonstration! It's safe to assume that all future videos will have Unicorn running, so we'll eventually get to all the maps.
Next, I'll be focusing on Woods, because it's my favorite, and then Reserve. Thanks for your work!

Very good video. I know it's different vs having narration. But. Having the environment and the tense battles speak for themselves - as well as witnessing some very clever bots! - was very interesting

ever since 3.7, ive stopped using realism. partially because of an issue its had for a while now, but mostly because of the need for a second keyboard.
What settings do you use for bots? I have Thats Lit, Sain and Realism and I notice them just spinning in place sometimes
what setting did you tweak for the greater FOV zoom?

how do the ammo-, food- and first aid pouches make sense? aren't they gone upon death??
I mean, the risk of loosing it all, y'know...
So they're very useful while you've got them and they aren't super expensive to replace.
You can also just prevent loss of gear on death.

You can use mods like the SVM to keep your gear upon death or leaving the raid. Softcore is another one and that's even what the mode is called in SVM that I'm referring to.
Hello, have a question for you. You seem to be running similar mods to me but the community is having an issue with AI that we are trying to figure out.
Are you running with a dedicated client? If so have you noticed any weird ai behavior like lack of response to sounds nearby or attacks unless being directly in their line of sight ?
It seems to be an issue that’s happening with running the dedicated client where ai are very unresponsive/inconsistent
That's just how the bots are.
SAIN does a LOT to make them behave better or more logically, but they're ultimately not-so-great.
We just continue to configure the bots as we like. What is this dedicated client you're referring to, though?
I remade my mod list for spt and started using this but i think for some reason my pmcs spawn half invisible with their armor only visible and just stand there and dont react.
Whoa, I've only had one occurrence of a bot's head vanishing after death, but nothing else.
I'd love to know what causes this.

How is the armor in 3.9.4? I am still on 3.8.3 and I get one shot from about 100m away on the chest by shitty .366 ammo while wearing level 9 armor. SMH!
Hitboxes reverted to pre plate changes, armor is much better now. However realism reverts it to how it was in 0.14 by default, can be disabled in realism config
Are you sure you installed the mods correctly?
@@carlitosskater89 yes, but I did disable the realism health system. Everything else is on in the realism config. Don’t know if that has anything to do with it? It does say it can mess with the balance if disabled.

How do you pack mags so quick?
With Dad Gamer Mode or the SVM.
@@thestarvox that or just turn down unload/load times in raid, i turn mine down halfway. used to be there was a mod that added a speedloader to your inventory, and as long as you still had one, you could load mags instantly.
StarVox, I set all the bots to easy on sain, but they're still gigachads and wreck me.
Try with dad gamer mode, you can configure the damage you revived, start whit low value like 10 or 15 and then start to incremente it
