I had another pump where they sent me the spacer that goes on the motor shaft, I am assuming you don't need to change the spacer?
Only if it's damaged or cracked otherwise sand it and get it back together, keep the new sleeve for another motor incase

Try a small pulley claw. Leave some rust break type of fluid if it’s seized up might have to let it sit over night. By hand use the claw to see if you can get it to budge.
