      Some is ready and some is there, but it's moving slowly and being distributed too slowly.
      The logistics flowing in must exceed the other side to ensure triumph. WW2 was won by the US industrial base. So far, DPRK and China are sending much more ammo than the West sends to Ukraine. This gap must be filled as soon as possible as a matter of pride of coalition partners to ensure a Ukrainian victory.

    The Ukrainian number of russian casualties is not as inflated as you might think. There are countless paramilitary groups like Vagner, Kadyrov's battalions, conscripts from Donetsk and Luhansk "Republics" that were never counted as the russian army to begin with. The cemetaries around cities like Mariupol are full of those, and even more were cremated hastily or left without a proper burial. 2023 was particularly brutal towards those poorly equipped conscripts, with multiple "meat assaults" on launched to stop the Ukrainian troops from taking hold of strategically important settlements. It's a double tragedy, because many of those people were not particularly willing to serve and even to become russian citizens. Another thing that is not inflated is civilian casualties. We now know a reliable estimate of civilian death toll in Bucha and Irpin, because we have access to those towns... But with Mariupol, for instance, we might not know it for years. So many people went missing, buried under debris or hastily buried in their own yards that it's just haunting. How many were forcibly taken to Russia is also unknown. There no intent to inflate the numbers just to show russia is bad - it's evident. It's just due to inability to conduct a proper investigation, like in Bucha.

      The ones who don't force people into service?
      I'm not a fan of Put¡n, but that doesn't mean I will accept media lies...
      Many of ukr troops d¡e from wounds, not getting med evac, or because there are supply issues...
      + most of said wounds come from artillery shelling.
      Ru uses way more ammunition then ukr...
      so even if We assume They're inept, at some point there is no more cover to hide behind...
      - so even the "inept orks" will score a hit

      I have seriously wondered if the attack on Kyiv was Putin's doing. He seems like the kind of strategist who would use the troops in Belarus as a massive feint to draw Ukraine's troops to the capital, leaving the Donbas practically undefended which is exactly what happened. They took nearly all the objectives in the east with very few casualties. Most of the troops in the north, including field-grade officers, had no idea they were attacking. Had they left that sector of Ukraine alone, and without the massive war crimes, the west would not have offered the support they have. I honestly wonder if some of the top brass were so overconfident that they decided to pull the trigger themselves.

    • @chrislong3938

      I have to apologize for this LONG rant beforehand!!! ;-)
      It's certainly Putin's war, but it really IMO reflects Russians' state of mind and their attitude toward their nation.
      Historically, Russia, as big as it is, has a 'little kid' complex... that it is never taken seriously enough.
      To show the world that it isn't to be trifled with, it goes about bullying, and then absorbing its little neighbors. It has always done this!
      Russia hardly needs to be as big as it is, and it is truly an unmanageable size!
      Even if it was set up with semi-self-governing states like the US, it is still too big.
      Everything 1000 miles east of Moscow is treated like an unwanted vacant lot, fit only to be used up and as a place to throw their trash and pollution.
      The Czars acted this way, as did the Bolsheviks, and now Putin.
      Britain was almost exactly the same since before the Elizabethan era! Not having land at their fingertips though, they went out and stole from any and everyone!
      After the end of WWII, they found that was no longer to their benefit or had the ability, to maintain AND protect all these colonies!
      Independence was granted to tons of them and by the '60s, most had gone their own way even while staying within the Commonwealth itself. Even that has dwindled to almost nothing. Canada and Australia are the two big ones remaining.
      The US has done it as well, obviously, and I'm curious what might have transpired if North America was identical to Russia in terms of size and latitude location!

      No, its a grave mistake to lay the responsibility of this war on Putin alone. No, its the russian population in its entirety which, some noble exceptions aside, are die-hard imperialists who think its their God-given right to enslave and brutalize their neighbours.
      Putin is just a great representative of the russian population at large. But the real evil here is not Putin but russian imperialism.

    Life is what we're living for. Near Sao Paulo Brazil yesterday, 62 souls were lost when the flight they were on crashed. The incident was a tragic accident. War is not a tragic accident but the purposed infliction of death and horror along with total destruction of facilities. Young people are being sacrificed, giving up decades of life they would have otherwise lived. Kurt Vonnegut jr. likened war to an alcoholic puking over the toilet, saying, "I've got to quit drinking". Mark Knopfler wrote and sang, "We are fools to make war on our brothers in arms". Vast monies are involved that could go to other uses or just to have for future needs. It just makes us sick; the destruction, murders, and overall stupidity. The video starts with a lie. The objective wasn't Kiev. It was Donezk, Luhansk and Crimea from the beginning. The US Generals said so. The "Kiev in 3 days" nonsense was invented by the same people who invented "The Ghost of Kiev". The move to Kiev was supposed to bind Ukrainian troops in... Kiev! They then moved on to the regions they annexed. I can't explain in simpler terms. Russia didn't even send a large enough force to capture Kiev, that's why the US analysts (not the pundits) said, that Russia is carrying out a diversion, so Donezk, Luhansk and the land bridge to Crimea can be occupied with less fighting. What's the point in carrying on with the "3 days" joke? NATO was in AFG for 20 years and lost!

    • @eddapultstab2078
      @eddapultstab2078 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      So why send a miles long convoy to Kiev from the beginning then? Or better yet, why did they deploy an air assault group to, and they actually tried, to take Kievs airport to airlift troops and gear from a Russian airport that's conveniently standing by? Actions speak louder then words.

    • @UberTankred
      @UberTankred หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @@eddapultstab2078 Yes, listen to your own words! The actions taken were a move on Kiev and then those same troops occupied Luhansk and Donezk. If I want a diversion I actually have to do something to make it believable. The only visible clue was that Russia sent 20% of the troops actually required to sustain a siege on Kiev. Putin was hoping there would a peace deal, but that fell flat after Johnson talked to Zelensky, and we both know he showed him pictures of Saddam and Qaddafi post mortem. Why do you think Volodomyr is always surrounded by Azov instead of the regular troops? in 2019 Azov openly threatened to kill Zelensky, because he wanted a ceasefire and "disrespected" an Azov commander. They expected him to apologize to Azov. The President of Ukraine apologizing to Nazi-scum who refused to follow his orders!

    • @eddapultstab2078
      @eddapultstab2078 29 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@UberTankred however they did try to take kievs airport and had several transports waiting to airlift reinforcements there. • @kastoesti2798

      The problem with Russians is that they value strenght, so expect them allways doble or nothing. Failure is a sign of weakness, so they found a way out of it, they are masters of excuses. That helps them preserve their faces in Russian society, but not addmitting mistakes makes it hard to learn from them, this is like a closed circle. If your plan doesnˇt work, then deny its existence! Fact is, taking Kiev was one of the main objectives of the Russian Army. They wanted Ukrainian leadership to flee or capture and to set up a puppet government, who would have ordered Ukrainain Army to lay down their weapons. If Russia had taken Kiev and lost Donetsk, then you would have said that Donetsk was just a diversion to take Kiev. Classic act.
      It was Putin who told Poroshenko "If I wanted, Russian troops could be not only in Kiev, but also Riga, Vilnius, Tallinn, Warsaw and Bucharest in two days".

    Money is the blood of war. Let's talk about money. We don't know how much Russia spent on the war, it's all classified. But we know how much money Ukraine received. And so, since 2022, Ukraine has received $400 billion in military aid + its costs for the war. For comparison, Steel from 1941-1945 received $ 10 billion, or $ 160 billion at current prices, adjusted for inflation. With this money, Stalin clothed, shod and fed about 11 million soldiers. He built 50,000 tanks, he stormed Berlin, largely thanks to this money. The question is, what did Ukraine do in the amount of 3 times more? And how much more help will she get over the next 2 years? And where did the money go?
