1990 VW Vanagon - Stainless steel coolant pipe upgrade and more clean up

I lost a bunch of footage, I didnt noticed after hitting record my camera app minimized. I did have two funny moments where I got splashed with coolant.
I replaced all the piping from the engine to the radiator. Wire brushed everything I had access too and painted the fuel tank. I've ordered all new rubber grommets and hose for the tank so I will drop that down again and just replace that stuff.

You may wanna consider replacing that spare. It's as bald as I am. Also, that looks like the horn just hanging down under the bumper, which I find extremely weird.

Oh yeah the tyres are pretty old and crusty so I'll have to replace all of them. I couldn't tell if the horn placement was factory or not haha.

It's a big job, I always replace the heater core hoses that runs parallel to the coolant lines, replace fuel sender , cross over tube, breather lines and all grommets. I always replace the radiator and all the hoses associated with cooling. How is the rust repairs coming along?

Yeah it's a massive job. I haven't done any more rust repair. I've actually bought some forming tools so just waiting for those to be ready to pick up. Just some entry level stuff.

@@WowenandWilma I can't believe the driver's floor and passenger floors are bad on your van. I have seen it in any vans I have worked on here in California. Just the steps area

@brucewayne2773 Oh yeah I assume they would jump in the van straight off the beach. The previous owner did live very close to the beach haha.
