Forget security. They need to have the SWAT team on standby.
bout time the gulch got filled
You mean half filled 😂
_I'm glad this is finally happening, but also if it were me I'd build about 2 more skyscrapers 800 - 1,100ft high to fill in that big gap in the middle of the city between BOA plaza tower/One Atlantic & 5 over above the Benz stadium all the way up to IKEA. Also 10 - 15 more 500 - 700ft tall mixed used buildings to fill the large 6 mile gap from Midtown all the way up to connect to the towers in Buckhead. Views of the city then wouldn't be so separated and boring. We have about 3 seperate skylines in ATL and the large gaps bother me because I know developers have the funds. The view of the city would undoubtedly be top 3 in the US once said and done the architecture is already nice as it is just need a handful more big ones to bring it together & make people want to host more events here so much potential._
The whole area and adjacent districts should be car free except for local deliveries. Parking should be on the outskirts of Centennial Yards.
Good luck!
ha , by the world cup , lmao lets see it
Get the money, and hire the hard working Hispanic community and it will.
Doing this for the world cup?
I hope the rappers and their fans don't ruin this too.
Taller skyscrapers are coming in the near future. Filling in the Gulch with this project is needed first. The PEACH drop inch in 2 years (2025 or 2026) GO ATL.
It's all about demographics.
Atlanta development has to slow down
Why..
Because it will price him out of the area
Atlanta should just have so much supertall skyscrapers to be bigger and bigger as big as Beijing!🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑🏗🏗🏗🏗🏗🏗🏙🏙🏙🏙🏙🏙
