Time for a shakedown cruise, making sure nothing falls off. Nah, we got lock nuts! Thanks Big Steve for recording Mike explaining and demonstrating his craft. It never gets old and we always learn a lot! ❤💯👍💪😎
Michael Angelo always said, "He was never the artist, he just chipped away the stone that did not belong there". In a lot of ways You are him but with cars instead of stone. You see the true beauty in the car by just looking at it and mold and shape to what is in Your eyes as to how it should look and how it should have been built in the first place. This is what makes You a true artist. P.S. Thanks for putting the wheel skirts on the back, back on, it really makes the car look like it did when it came from the factory.
another satisfied customer . this is my favorite sunday moment , drinking coffee , having breakfast and watching Mike working on some cool shit . i give it a yay yay !!
I used to go to K Surplus every month. Since I got my first car ('63 Chevy Biscayne) at 16. I'm 66 now. Every frickin' nut or bolt known to mankind was there.
You said it Big Steve..... Get out and enjoy your ride. I get asked all the time when you gonna paint it? " If and when I'm ready" I probably wont enjoy it as much because I would be to paranoid about the paint. Thanks for showing the glass install because I can tell I put mine in wrong. Congrats to Memo on one bad ass ride. Thanks Mike, Big Steve for another great Sunday morning. Cheers
This is such a great channel! I was hooked from that time lapse chop you did a few years ago. I always learn something that I try to apply to my own project. That’s the difference between a true pro and the clueless tutorial makers on TH-cam. I love your “tutorial guy” voice by the way! 😂
Awesome work Brother, I love the color and the finish. The world is messed up right now, but when Iam in you shop (so to say) everything is OK. thank you, Mike, for providing some comfort along with videos.
Mate we absolutely love your videos here in Australia and enjoy the way you approach your builds. We wish we had a Bello's kustoms here in Australia. Really appreciate your time and energy. 🙏🙏👍👍💪
Been around traditional hot rods for about the last 20-25 years. Really enjoy watching you work, what a master of the trade. Not only are the videos interesting but your good natured personality and sense of humor are the best. You made a comment when you were on your way to Santa Maria and your buddy's ride kept having troubles. You commented that you never leave the shop, isn't that the truth. Keep it up man, you got it going on.
Looking good Mike! Enjoy your perspective on cars and the hot rod life style, we are all a community of great people. Big Steve, awesome job my friend on the content and creativity. 👏👏👏👍
I have said this many times on Bello's videos, and it needs saying again and again, Mike you are the best car builder on TH-cam, your design ideas and attention to detail is outstanding. It would be a dream to have a car built by you.
Mike I've been watching from the start ,there isn't many hotrod builders on your level and knowledge of "old school cool ,and the attention to this detail.... we can't get enough of these awsome builds..
THAT 1940 CHEVROLET COUPE CAME OUT BEAUTIFUL, WHEN BETO ADDS THE STAINLESS TRIM! BAM! ORIGINAL HUBCAPS! AND OF COURSE A LITTLE MUSICA! I LOVE THAT MILITARY GREEN, A SLEEPER! THAT MOTOR! IT GIVES IT SOME ( HUEVOS ) QUALITY JALE AT BELLO'S KUSTOMS, I INJOYED SEEING HOW YOU INSTALLED THE RUNNING BOARDS PADS. ANOTHER SATISFIED CUSTOMER, BETO SHOULD BE PROUD! CHINGON CARRITO! KEEP DROPPING THE NEW VIDEOS. THANK YOU!!!! ADIOS....
Hey…love seeing the cars put back together as well. Even though the car will be finished somewhere else, you know that car had Bello’s Kustoms touch to it! Great video!
How old were you when you realized you didn't know what you were doing? Hahaha my wife and I are drinking coffee and watching the video. When this question came up we laughed our assess off. Thanks for the new video. It makes our mornings. Bruce and Lynn Hersey Michigan
Hey its Sunday I thanked the lord and I'm ready for Bello Time, thanks mike for all you do at your shop and Mr video man really dose a great job filming your talent, that O.D green cruiser is nice and low, the perfect chankla. God bless.
Looking good Mike, loving that colour, it’s seems to be pretty popular over the last few years. Great job with the video Steve, I like that q & a format, always interesting what goes on in building a car. Have a great weekend homies!
Absolutely awesome work.. Been in shop business for 40yrs, And this dude is my favorite builder period!! Love his work, the man is very talented. Bellos is top notch..
Watching from Arizona, I'm just a shade tree mechanic with a 66 chevy rag impala. Pretty soon looking to get a bomb also. I've enjoyed watching your program Loco and your side kick Cara Pillas. What's good is that you explain what you're doing and why you're doing it a certain way. Good schooling there I've learned a lot from watching, nothing both old fashion wrench turning with no fake funk. Keep up the good work to you and your crew. Who needs a funking college degree with your talents! Alrato Vato!
*Looks around for a fabrication video…* Stumbles across Bello’s Kustoms channel. Ooh…Westside! Near my hometown area, I was at 94 and Kelton. Subs and likes every video since then. *Came for a fabrication video…*. Staying for all the types of work done, the conversations and Sunday beer. Congrats on 50k. Liking the Q & A cue cards sections. Mike, Big Steve and rest of crew / guests keep up the great work.
Always a good feeling to be able to put project all back together. Then can delete all the memory of where everything goes on the car and get rid of all the stacks of parts sitting around lol. Cool video like always. Take care...
Another Mike Bellos Kustoms Firme Ranfla hits the road. Big Steve as always another Mas Firme video and as always I look forward to the next video #Blingbling#Tadow💪🏽
The lock washer lesson was very good. I have seen them tightened so hard that they broke in half. One thing I have learned about hardware (bolts, nuts, etc.) is that one should never buy them in small quantities at the local hardware store. Of course I only buy SAE (not metric) sizes which simplifies matters. Looking at today's prices I am glad that I started hoarding new and refurbished hardware so long ago. Bought common sizes by the box.
I love this so much. Getting it wrapped up enough for a drive. So much fun. Thank you for sharing this with us and Steve you really know how to get the feel of it, like I am right there. Great job
Until I found Bello's Kustoms I didn't have much respect for the Chevy product but, that has all changed - Mike, you do Chevy right! Bravo! The prewar full fender Ford line will always remain my heart throb but, Chevy has a special little corner in my heart because of your work now!
Locochon be careful I envy you can still get on the floor to do your work people forget how much work it is I did that for over 50 years and nothing is better than hands on work disabled now can’t do it but enjoy watching a skilled metalero and you are one of the best nothing but perfection Q-Vo
Nice to find a project on TH-cam that I’m working on. I bought a Special Deluxe many years ago that had been taken apart to paint, in many boxes decided to put it back together to see if I had all the parts. Most of them were there just a few missing, it’s interesting to see one going back together and learning how and where some of the parts go. I will save the video to review I’m 71 now and may have to get back to the restoration, but nice to have a reference and watch someone that knows what they are doing. 😊
Sweet video...always like the questions Steve asks ...but hell yeah lets see them projects go to see new ones come in!! Saludos Mike and El Big Steve!!
I make sure every day that every time you put out a video I get notification and I watch it all the time. In one of my comments I asked you what happened to the old man I guess you call him loco Chun. I was just wondering if we're ever going to figure out what happened to him. I pray him and his family is all okay.
As always Mr. Bello's... this video is good one because of your importance to quality..... it's important to know that quality includes the proper nuts and bolts.... Hey Bello's Kustoms is not a Micky mouse operation..... Quality includes the nuts and bolts...... the proper nuts and bolts....
Looks Great. Just think, Mike, and you don't know what you are doing. LOL. Glad to see the owner there, Helping. The Green POPS outside. Nice choice in paint. #STAYSAFE #PHILLYPHILLY 🇺🇸
Alright Mike, I got it. Get outside and work on my shit. It's only going to be 109° in PHX, but shit don't put itself together. Respect Mike! Big Steve too
I’m of the old school, like Mike, I fabricated parts because most of the cars I built, OEM parts where obsolete and most of the old junk yards were starting to crush anything over 10 years old. So I relate to Mike and his crew building a custom built for individual personality, not cookie cutter . Thanks so much Mike, great content to pass the time I wait till my radiation treatments, 9 done, 19 to go!! I’m Kicking this cancer to da curb!
Hey, I just wanted to say watching these videos keeps me excited for my project! I have a 1946 Plymouth that I am going to chop and bag. I appreciate the videos, keep them coming!
