Today's recipe is a Lucknow-style Veg Dum biryani. This Dum biryani type is extremely aromatic and savoury. This biryani is made using Indian masala spices, vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, french beans, and green peas, as well as ghee, curd, and fried onions. From marinating the vegetables to plating the biryani, we will walk you through the process step by step. If you follow the instructions in this video, making this veg biryani is simple. •½ cup Curd
•1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
•Salt
•½ tbsp Chilli paste
•1 tsp Shahi jeera
•1 tsp Coriander Powder
•¼ tsp Turmeric
•Small Javitri
•1 tbsp ghee
•Small pinch Saffron
•Mint leaves
•½ cup Aloo Cubes
•½ cup Carrot cubes
•½ cup Cauliflower florets
•⅓ cup French Beans
•¼ cup Frozen Peas
•3 tbsp Oil
•2 Onion slices
•2 tbsp ghee
•¼ tsp Black pepper
•4-5 Cloves
•Small Cinnamon
•4 Cardamoms
•Water
•2 inches Ginger Julienne
•3-4 Slit Green Chillies
•½ cup Milk
•1 tbsp Rose Water
•½ tsp Khewda Water
•Pinch Saffron
•Small pinch Orange Red food colour
•2 liters Water
•4-5 Cloves
•2 Bay Leaves
•1 tsp Shahi jeera
•Small Javitri
•¼ tsp Black pepper
•2 Black Cardamom
•3 tbsp Salt
•2 cups Basmati Rice( 1 hour soaked)
