Cooked this dish for my wife who turned vegan. It came out so wonderful that the dish had flavour, taste, look and everything one can possibly imagine with a biryani dish. Vegetables should fry in oil, it will be tasty than raw veggies, oil means oil with 2 spoons ghee in it
