I love the fact dust sans lost Patience and his eye glows justice and determination. He wanna bring justice and determined to kill the player with their own game.
In the canon version, the "Ask-Dusttale" - he lost the yellow, justice color, instead. He is trying to bring justice, yes. But, there is no "justice", in what he is doing. He understands so, himself. Meanwhile, he is patient. He never once gave up, since the moment he got his ability to remember resets. He tried out different things, just to stop "the human". And, his own genocide - was his last solution. And, he is still patient. Even if "the human" were to fight with him for thousands of resets, dying for hundreds of times in each one - he would still fight.
Idk, the final attack kinda feels off for being your first encounter with him. Feels like something you’d go through on a third or second encounter where he’s really lost it. But other than that this is really solid looking. I especially love the FIGHT effects when you hit the middle point, chefs kiss.
The dusttale speaker beater song sounds epic not gonna lie my favorite part of the song is here 27:52 and here 29:52 and here again 32:01 basically the same part of the song at different time stamps
I'm confused, why did the orange attacks work that way? Are the early phase orange bones non-functional or is there some sort of "If you hold this button you count as moving" thing?
Surprised, that Sans couldn't bypass the I-Frames in this encounter. His whole thing as a "cheat character" - would support the bypassing theory. But, some people do think, that he only does that, as there was KR in his original fight. But, think about it. Attacks of monsters - disappear, after they hit their targets. Like, how Toriel's flame just poofed out, when it hit Flowey. Or, Asgore, too. Or, normal attacks, that are sent to us. They are, also, disappear on touch. Meanwhile, Sans's attacks - would stay, even if they did hit us. The whole situation of him dunking us on - also shows it. The only other monster, who sent similar attacks - Asriel (his blasters). But, they couldn't bypass the I-frames... So, a skeleton, who doesn't care about I-Frames, his attacks won't disappear upon contact, and, who can attack during our turn. Plus, the trap attack, that kills us, with no chance of survival (technically speaking, sneak attack/betraying our trust). ((Additional, possibly, not really canon to story - the fact, that he is the one, who appears in the "Dirty hacker" ending))... But, yeah, if Murder (Dust) had 2 or, more ATK - it would be harder. Especially, if he still could bypass the I-Frames. If with one blaster at 1 ATK, and, no I-Frames (no KR) - he could do 20 to 40 damage. It would mean, that he would do 400-800 dmg, if had 20 ATK (this "20" was taken, by giving him LV 20, meaning, each LV gave him 1 ATK. Imagine, if each LV - gave him between 2 to 4 ATK stat. LV 20, 77 ATK (4 ATK with each LV) - his blaster would do between 1540 to 3080 dmg. One blaster)... Yeah, it would be way too hard, honestly. Not even talking about the fact, that he can spam them, like crazy. But, oh well. Also, if we look at his fights from the version of Dusttale (Ask-Dusttale), that has a right, to be called a canon version of it, or, partially canon, as not all authors are in it - we could say, that Dust's (Murder) encounter in the ruins - would be way harder. And, the reason is simple - his fight in the last hall. He remembers it. You could say, it's his fight from the beta version, that was not yet finished (well, we can say the same about all of his encounters, as he is constantly adapting to "the human", making his fight even harder, as the time goes on. You can compare it like this - Murder, within his first genocidal run, at the 1st LV - would easily beat his past self, from the judgement hall, as he has more experience with fighting and dodging (300+ resets of trial and error, where he tried to stop the human). Murder, within his 952 genocidal run, would easily destroy his version, from the 490 genocidal run. And so on...).
I would have assumed it was because of them holding down a movement key like S to be able to stay in place but, they were standing still while still in the air and not taking damage so...
Thank you for playing my game!
The final attack should be shorther.

@@Angelo-hl7ikSorry for ping but cry about it😢😢😢😢

I feel like the Froggits and Looxes are a bit too tanky. The first fight took over 3 minutes...

If you move into a wall it counts as moving through the orange
Same with holding two opposite movement keys
You don’t move but it counts
