There's a lot to say about this but most importantly, this game definitely needs a flashing lights warning I get the skull is for aesthetic but it doesn't really make sense considering monsters turn to dust Beyond all of that, this all feels very devoid? It's not a problem unique to this but there's not much to the actual narrative of this game No reflection on the relationship between Sans and Toriel, or the player The Mercy ending is actually pretty good in contrast because it does do a bit of that reflection But yeah, a lot of these Dusttale games focus more on "Sans.exe" rather than actual storytelling
i legitimately expected him to fake hug the human and kill him straight forward, the mercy ending is quite disappointing. but hey it's not the original fangame of sp!dusttale so let's wait some more time i guess
