Looks like you had an amazing weekend full of lots of gaming adventures and fantastic conversations. And Hannah has created a perfect recording space for you. I especially love the colour of the wall and the lights.

Yeah, I really want to play it with the expansion(s) now! I'm a big fan of Arnak all of a sudden-isn't that weird? 🤣 And that would be amazing if I could! I'd like to show Hannah and maybe some other friends who have played Wingspan before! (Maybe I could reimburse you with the metal coins? I'm assuming you didn't get them?) 🐉 The background looks SO good, right? She did an amazing job!
I love lost ruins of arnak probably been in my top 5 for over a year. I will say its one of those rare games thats best with expansions
Nice! Yeah, I'm not typically one for expansions but after playing the base game five times now I'm really eager to see what the expansions have to offer! Sounds like I'll get a chance to play with the expansions with my friend Gary soon! ☺️
I can't believe you have never played so clover before. I think you and I played monikers that one time at Rock Lititz with some people. You were a party gaming machine at this convention. Brownie points for Hannah.
Isn't that crazy? It's such a good party game! 🍀 And I do remember us playing Monikers at Rock Lititz-I think my sister was there, too! You've got a great memory! 🧠 And yeah, I think I'm often more inclined to play the shorter/lighter/party games at conventions as opposed to the heavier games just because of the setting!

今度レベルアップに行ってみようかな。。。🤔 Sounds like a fun weekend! Maybe you and your content creator friends should do a biannual meetup or at least a zoom call so that you can talk shop more often. I know from personal experience how enriching and helpful that can be.
But...can we talk now about that space? It looks really sharp. I like the color choice for the wall because even though it's a darker color, the lighting (and the style of the fixtures) make it feel cozy and inviting. (Good job, Hannah!) I'm curious about the objects on the wall. (Is that a retro camera behind you?) Do they have personal significance for you?
And...since it looks like the rest of your basement is unfinished, I had an idea: You could build a giant arena and have some mega Strike matches down there. Think of all the fun! 🤪 Anyway, thanks for the recap; I really enjoyed watching this one.

And thank you for the compliments regarding the studio space! Hannah did an absolutely fantastic job-you're right! The objects on the wall are a mix of odds and ends from around the house but the camera is a recent addition! It is a retro camera that Hannah found while she was out thrifting this past weekend! 📷 I love the idea of turning the entire basement into a Strike arena with giant dice! I actually have a 6" or so giant die I got at Five Below... it'd be expensive but so much fun to get a bunch of them to actually play Strike with! 🎲 Imagine going "all in" with an armload of giant dice! 🤣
