I got my first one couple days ago here in Indiana and it was so much fun! Idk why I haven’t done it sooner! Been chasing whitetail my entire life but new to the turkey game needless to say I’m hooked for life! Congrats on your first bird!

I wouldn’t call y’all’s “platform” small by any means but there are way bigger ones out there that need to get on board. I know most of the big shots hunt managed outfitter farms and private land stacked with birds .. but I’d say most of their support comes from the average weekend hunter. You guys are a great example to all turkey hunters. It’s time to get on board and support what we love.

i hunt in the southern part of kentucky, me and a buddy went today and this has been the best year of gobbling activity in a few years. we set up on 2 different sets of birds that was on our side of the creek, had 15 different birds gobbling all throughout the morning. it was the best day of turkey hunting i have had since 2013

Being a ga boy I'm willing to help donate what I can afford to help. I've noticed a huge drop in turkey numbers over the Year's. I'm 39 and killed my first two birds last season. Let's make this happen. We have to start somewhere to keep our hunting traditions going. I'm more than happy to donate.

Got my first public land bird today! It was in Maine which is out of state for me... I still can’t believe it all worked. I spent a ton of time on the homework and it paid off. I probably called him in from 400 yards and just mouth called him in 50 yards at a time. Wouldn’t have worked out had I not seen the many situations you guys get into. I was listening to the Dave Owens episode on the way up and he got me fired up to hunt my butt off today. Good luck up there boys - don’t forget the tick spray holy crap!
Well, the eclipse will keep me working patrol at the P.D. and I will miss another Turkey season. Not happy but I have to take care of the family! Keep up the great work!
My donation is done anything to help👍 I remember back in the mid 80’s all the birds we had in Missouri it was amazing, today I hunted a farm I heard 1 tom and seen 3 coyotes and 2 raccoons hum I have an idea what the problem is and I walked 2.5 miles. Cool bird Ted and patience is always good 👍✌🏻🇺🇸

I just contributed my 25$. The Hunting Public has provided me with hours of entertainment and education, and they haven't asked for much in return. I have never hunted turkeys in the southeast, but I enjoy hunting them out west and would like to hunt them there someday. Glad I could do my part. Plus, I really listen to anything Mike Chamberlain has to say about turkeys.
Yeah, I live in WV and tbh I think it’s the feeders. I seen a picture because my dad grew up in PA and we hunt up there when we get the chance and we follow a Facebook page of hunters in PA and I saw a picture of 8 guys with 8 turkeys. Now I’m sorry but 8 birds in a day on the same track of land just doesn’t sound right.
Coyote populations have exploded here in NW PA. Trapping has declined, coon hunting too. Hawks are everywhere. Fishers were reintroduced and becoming more common. They'll climb trees and kill turkeys. Poults don't stand a chance. We need a correction in predator populations. The PGC will sit on their thumbs until it's too late.
@@craig5649 yes just like them adding an extra week of doe season. Why do that? The deer population is just starting to thrive again up there and now their going to manslaughter all these does. 3 or 4 years and it’ll be back to how it was.
