you have mistake in helix pith calculation: instead of cos(gamma) should be there tan(gamma)

Gentile Mr Engineer per ottimizzare : Valutare -Rilevamento Interferenze e non intaccare la bellezza formale delle sue equazioni ho diminuito lo spessore del dente sul Diametro Primitivo nel seguente modo : "D6@Shizzo1"=(3.14*"D1@Schizzo1"/n/4) - 0.22 . Praticamente è lo spessore di rettifica dopo i trattamenti termici

Dear Engineer, I use solidworks 2023 SP03 as a hobby, I am fascinated by its helical gear geometry. I ran the path down to Convert Entities to be able to insert Helix and Spiral. But with SW 2023 it is impossible for me. I have tried many times.

For the calculation of the transverse pressure angle, the fraction inside the atan function should be flipped. φ ₜ = tan⁻¹(tan(γ) / cos(φ)).

φt = tan⁻¹(tan(φ) / cos(γ)).
