    Apology video translations:
“I’m so sorry my video didn’t get the positive response I thought it would. I’ve deleted it so more people won’t see and also get angry at me. I don’t want to say what I did here in case people who don’t know what I did, find out. I’m devastated I got caught and called out. Hopefully people will forget if I disappear for a while and think about what I did, and more importantly, how to make better decisions on how far I can push my content without backlash in the future. Thank you, true fans for being on my side.”

Is it possible to be a boss and a friend at the same time though? Isn't that the whole argument of metoo? (That the inherent power imbalance makes everything said and done up for scrutiny?). I don't think I could be my friends boss but I would get them to set up their own company and then I'd hire their company as an independent contractor. I think that'd work because wed both be coming in as bosses working together as equals instead of me having more power over them.

Scots response to the Seth situation made me lose so much respect for him, even though Seth gave his “consent” for the second video that doesn’t make the first one okay. He was traumatized by the experience, Seth didn’t deserve to be called attention seeking and mad because “his career didn’t do well” and it’s sick that Scot even said that. I gave my ex partner “consent” as well when they first kissed me bc I felt cornered, and I was only 15 I’m still traumatized by that event. It’s not consent if they don’t say yes the first time, if they say no it’s doesn’t mean convince them to say yes, it mean no!

    • @dio6586

My aunt let me listen to a talk and i realized that i have to be firm when i say no and when someone is trying to convince me despite saying no the first time then i should be suspicious or get out of the situation. This doesn't apply to all situations of course but you should still be more careful when you feel uncomfortable.

It's definitely a safety thing by this definition of a "bad" person. It's in the best interest of an individual to distance themselves from others who hurt or could potentially hurt them as a way of self protection. Yeah same. i like Liza more, i paid more attention to her. But after they broke up, i forgot about him until my friend showed me one of his vlogs. Looked fun but it wasn’t my think so i pushed it aside. I feel so bad for the people affected by this

What's sad is someone I USED to be friends with tried this sorted shit on me " pranks" when its s.a .... and his defense was these videos . At very least inspiration. So I know first hand these videos inspire s.a and rape....

Half of these things aren’t bits they’re crimes but ok talk about “this bit you did” anyone someone calls you out. Potentially destroying property, sexually assaulting people, video people in a changing room, supplying alcohol to minors and endangering the welfare of people. But yeah, those “bits” were funny

someone down there replied to a comment talking about how David won over the “cancellation mob”. While i do agree, he has not changed a bit and has moved on successfully, that doesn’t make anything he’s doing in his vlogs okay. I don’t pretend to want him deplatformed or anything bc he’s so popular, but i do hope people see that the manipulation and abuse he puts his “friends” through and how he basically uses them as his puppets for his own entertainment and to make money is NOT right. I hope people understand that that kind of abuse is NOT understandable or excusable under NO circumstances. Not even if they were actually paid (which they aren’t. they do this crazy shit JUST for exposure, which i think is absolutely bananas).

Sweet fucking christ, I didn't know about the changing room thing. What. The actual fuck. And they just run out laughing?
That's shit maybe a teen would do and probably be permabanned from the mall or some shit. But a whole grown as man. Not some idiot in their twenties, not some immature teenager, but a grown adult man still ran off after harassing some poor stranger and invading their privacy like that. Is disgusting? Like really don't like Dobrik as a whole, the dude gives me bad feelings. But Nash too, like even worse because the guy should be old enough to do something else but is going through some mid life crisis and thinks acting like a twelve year old is worth it.
