I used 150grms whole wheat grained flour, and 350grms wheat flour. With 350 ml of water. I also worked the dough 10 ' in my robot before the first proofing. I must thank you for your sweetness and kindness!!💕❤

Maybe an aluminum rolling pin would be good because you can put in the refrigerator or ice water to keep it cold.
