Love your healthy mindset, I like doing work on friends cars, I do it sometimes for free, which feels awesome. I've always tinkered with the shifter on all my cars that I've owned. Really sloppy and unprecise, only takes half an hour to grease ball ends of the cables and clean the ball, a friend who owns an EP2 aswell, was baffled on how great it shifted.
I can so relate to the building a car and the customer being happy. I sold my 8th gen si and the guy is in love with the car and is happy to buy the car from me
The honest answers from LHT just can't be beat; "we're not the shop where once we like one product everything is just a default." So many shops just default to one specific brand solely based on products they're trying to sell. For example, a shop in my area suggests Competition Clutch for every application. Pick the correct/best part per application.
So many times shops will sell products with the best margins. I’ve never wanted to do that, ( Maybe why we’re still a small shop) I only sell you what I use personally.
Hey John! Alex here (army guy that came by the other day) I just have to attest that thanks to you and George I managed to do the shifter rebuild, trans fluid, clutch fluid, diff and break fluid myself...and wow what a night and day difference in the feel!! It’s amazing. Will write about some pricing and appointment for some other jobs to bring it to you guys for
Alexander Verges Awesome Buddy. Thanks so much for coming by and of course the gift card. Getting feedback and sharing the passion makes my day. Thanks so much.
LHTPerformance and of course thanks the LHT VTEC Solenoid cover is the perfect touch up, cool how a small detail goes such a long way. Def doing the other two amigos out of the “trio” next time.
Question, Does A/C really makes a car loose whp? How much? And do you mind doing a comparison on video 😬 Thanks for the awesome content John and George
Yes it does but i couldnt tell how much but i had a 180hp 2.2litre natural aspirated and you could tell very much. Almost like driving with another person extra.
Hey John I have a question for you. A while back you talked about this company that you send your seatbelts out to them and they can change the color. What was the name of the company? Thanks
Thank you guys for everything you are the best it feels so good

OMG, I would make the other shop replace the transmission if I ever caught them cutting a hole in the side. I just love the S2000 content, John.
there should be more people in the world like you guys. cant put a price on care and quality.
That premium Honda grease! Amazing!

Never seen those s2000’s up here in Jacksonville. Nice job!
I’m so glad I own an S2000
More awesome S2000 content . Thanks LHT
Happy customers happy business
The thing the LHT does impeccably is welding. You always show your expertise. Why didn't you weld and grind that "fork hole" back to spec?
Beautiful hermoso good content all the time

I wonder if Ticon can make those elbows one piece for you so it can also be a option. Either welded muti piece by you, or one piece.
Same! I would love 1 clean pipe instead of the multiple cuts in the intake.
Philthese93 It’s a very complex piece. It transitions from 3” to 3.5” with compound bends.
Hey John, did the guy next door ever mention the one wheel you cleaned?
No. Lol.
Did the airbox have a plate over where the resonator was? On S2ki we did some testing with those odd air inlets and they seem to help for temp

Yoyoe 23 Thats a good idea. We’ll try and do that.
LHTPerformance Awesome! 👍🏼

Yep he's the 2nd person that did my mod... Over it looks better but leaves a gap only
Wondering, do you ever get any Fits? They're slowly becoming my favorite Honda haha
Hey John I have a question for you. A while back you talked about this company that you send your seatbelts out to them and they can change the color. What was the name of the company? Thanks
Seatbelt planet .com
so how did you fix that giant hole? Also what dash cluster was that?
Does anyone have any info on the black Honda center caps on that yellow AP2?
well, i know exactly which clutch I'll be buying when the time comes.
Eric told me you guys are doing an intake for him? Hmmmm. Btw he looks like he needs help from you guys
Yes. I’ve already spoke to him and happy help. I’m sure you’ll see more later when he starts the build
Will the ti elbow work with a throttle body that's spaced 10mm? If not, could you guys make one that's 10mm shorter?
Wish I was in the USA do you ship to the UK?
We do not , sorry.
Royal purple over oem transmission fluid in my 9th gen civic si? For smoother shifting ?
Do you have a list of Honda part numbers for the rebuild? You are currently out of stock and Id like to do this.
@@StevenL-p3h We should have everything back in stock by Monday or Tuesday at the latest. These parts are getting harder to find.
UK intake box mod. Missing a snorkel
Who would cut a large hole like that rather than do the job correctly?
Hack shops who get paid by the hour and don't want to re-do it, even after it was their mistake
Mickey mouse performance struck again, or was it Under influence racing?
yo John
Shift fork out? Huh? WhT do you mean.
Butchers shouldn’t work on transmissions 🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️
Mountune offers a similar airbox mod like this one for the fiesta. Have a look of you want
