Animals can be dangerous since they melee attacks are hard to block.
that heatstroke killbox was super creative. i normally don't use killboxes these days since like every update has been trying to fuck them over, but i'm honestly tempted to do an imp playthrough now.
It's much more effective you lock them in on both sides, instead of bringing them into a killbox, because then they can't actually escape, being able to get into a spot where they can fight back is no good.
Your choice of music alone makes you a level above all the other Rimworld content creators, you have my undying admiration sir.
Tee is not actually tough, because the wimp trait overrides the tough trait (they are a genie). Grey traits are inactive because they conflict with other active traits.
One of the many reasons why I downloaded the "no forced traits" mod. It may have the potential to be a bit OP, but it just feels way more logical, especially when some vanilla genes already do get to be exempt and just stack with traits, so the vanilla system isn't even actually internally consistent with itself.

Out of the 6 or 7 times I actually helped the beggars (once they asked for 50 medicine when I had 55 total in stock!), I've gotten repayed in the future from them exactly zero times. I gave up this being anything more than voluntarily losing valuable items. Now that I'm on an evil sanguophage playthrough, I look at these beggars as an easy way to add to my child hemo farm, easy organ harvesting, or once in a while adding a useful pawn to the colony lol
it’d be pretty cool if they added different kinds of Druids like ones that breath ice or ones that shoot lighting maybe even pollution adapted acid spiting ones
maybe even expand on their abilities and how they get them too
maybe even give them passive abilities too that’s would be interesting and awesome :)

I've always seen the impids as tribal, but I've never once tried to play a technologically advanced impid colony, maybe with some of the oil drilling mods you could have a "purge the world in fire" type playthrough.
Considering you can support 1 colonist on 2-3 hydroponic bays(less with nutrient paste), constructing all 24 is a bit of overkill and a massive wealth increase if you are trying to keep low wealth.
Later on it seems you were short on food by not keeping on top of planting.

I'm fascinated by how in some of these 100 videos, I can see the colonists move and wiggle about, especially when their weapons move when attacking, but from the provided list, I can't even find that mod that makes them feel more animated... Can someone tell me which exact mod that's making them look more alive? I'm not sure if that goes by a particular name I'm missing, since I've combed through the provided list about five times...

I once saw a waster with 20 double passion mining which was insane, then they proceeded to chug go-juice and I ended up slicing they hand off, shooting their leg off and destroyed their kidney. (They did not survive)

I was complacent during a tribal impid raid yesterday and only one impid snuck through to my firing line past my melee pawns.
He NUKED EVERYONE, got butt stroked and downed, and is now imprisoned.
Burns on all but one pawn, infections galore.
We were shitting on everyone up until that point, and things changed drastically with a well placed fire breath.
I need melee with jump packs for that, I think.
Devilstrand! Makes it a lot harder to burn someone. Give devilstrand clothes to people in marine armor and they are protected from both bullets and flame. Might lose legs to grenades though...

Using fire or poison gives the enemy too much time to escape.
Maybe for a desert biome where construction materials are limited it’s more efficient

I once had a mech cluster to go take down but I destroyed the actual item, not the enemies, and I wasn't allowed to leave the map with the enemies there? How did he do it, does anyone know?
