Hey Furious, I think our American friends are gonna be scratching their heads on this vid. I just checked the MB website and it appears they have ZERO locations in the States. Although I did stumble across an article from 2017 that said the first U.S. location of Mary Brown’s has opened in Englewood, Fla. Maybe it crashed and burned. Anyway, I tried the new location that opened here in Victoria, BC over the summer. The potato wedges were top shelf, and the spicy chicken was surprisingly hot. It took about a minute to kick in, but holy shit it had a punch. Definitely stands up against KFC, but I haven't tried Popeye's yet so can't compare. Popeye's is so f'n expensive here in Vic I just cant. Cheers bro

Mary Browns is from my home province, Newfoundland. The wedges, we call those taters over here on the Rock. It’s an average fried chicken but has that nostalgic thing for us Newfies.

Hey there Pete good to see you back doing your TH-cam again, I was wondering if you’re going to start going back to your home built gym again and starting training and motivating us to get better and healthier again, I miss seeing you doing deadlifts, chest presses and everything you do, I’ve been hitting the gym every day in Australia and you were the one who motivated me to start hitting the gym been going there for 9 years now since I first saw your gym TH-cam and I also miss your fast eating videos as well, I know you had cancer because I have followed your journey through it and myself I’ve been through cancer myself at a very young age at 10 years old I had brain cancer I’m now 43 and still here to tell you my story.
I hope your getting stronger everyday and please don’t give up on your training because you inspired me to hit the gym to get stronger like you my motto is. “Keep smiling, be happy stay positive stay strong and beautiful, hahaha. You do that Mate like we say in Australia, Mate
If you have Jollibee, give it a try. The gravy makes so much better, regular chicken, there chicken sandwiches are ok. But that gravy is 👌

Huh what timing, I was eating the exact same Mary browns meal when you uploaded this earlier. We always pick Mary browns over KFC.
Try Chick-n-Joy. They have been around for a long time, but now they are starting to expand. Their chicken is some of the best around. Similar to KFC and Mary Brown's but more well seasoned.
Try their big Mary and tater poutine !! As a girl from newfoundland where Mary browns came from those are my go too.

Mary Brown's chicken is by far the best out there. It's not as greasy as KFC. The coleslaw is great is top notch with a bit of zing. My go to when I'm wanting chicken.

I know 2 places that will blow you away. 1 for sure, georges burgers and subs in winnipeg. Try the fatboy burger amazing. And as for fried chicken in winnipeg chicken delight

What this channel needs is
More challenges that have suspense!! We know he can eat but has he tried to eat 10 dry weekbix, without water?
Group challenges, he has so many fans, get them included and give yourself a massive handicap and make it fun! You need a dedicated filmer and the videos need to reduce the filler. You don't need to be on camera 24/7 to make great content. You need to locally find the right people to help make your show grow. Creativity doesn't exist in a bubble.
I'd suggest trying out their spicy big mary. It isn't anything special, but its delicious. Also, I suggest asking for extra seasoning on the taters.

You definitely have to try out the "spicy big mary with extra lettuce extra pickle & tater poutine with cheese curds" also ask for a cup of tater spice you put some of that on your taters/tater wedges poutine, really good 10/10 🔥 would recommend.
I tried it again recently after not having it for years. I have been disappointed with kfc lately and popeyes is ok, its crispy but I really liked the mary browns. It was lightly breaded, not as salty as kfc. The batch I got was freshly cooked so that might have had an impact on what i thought of it. I think I liked it better than Popeyes and Kfc and will go back. I had fries instead to taters. I do not know what taters are like. The gravy and coleslaw was good. I do like that they are a Canadian company.
Mary Brown's is fantastic, and the sides really blow it away. It's just fried chicken, but I really think it's the best at it

I’m in Newfoundland where Mary browns was started and I find the chicken can be hit or miss. The gravy? We dip everything in gravy here even popsicles…kidding
Best chicken tenders there is. Highly recommend them with Honey mustard, sidekick sauce, honey dill, or BBQ

I worked at kfc my entire 4 years in college, i still have the "chicken master" hat in my closet 😂 i ran a tight ship and kept shit clean! Id walk into other stores and be horrified!
The chicken is ok. The only reason I go there rather than KFC is because they seem to have less in the warmer, so you have to wait while they make make a fresh batch more often than not. I also find they seem to have less of those "mystery" pieces.
We like Mary Brown's the best, hands down. And the gravy is spectacular. But to each their own.
