That was a very dramatic intro, Robert :) What a fantastic walk and other than the train track and the M62/bypass, awesome views. I really enjoyed that from start to end. Great video. Cheers, Dave.

Ey up …. Thanks for this … I really enjoyed this walk… I created it myself using the OS map app… Turned out to be a great day out….

Eh up really good intro, think you could be a stand in for the late great James Earl Jones. Great subject about part of Yorkshires hyways of the past and the hard life it must have been, good in fine weather but must have been really hard going in winter on those dark lonely routes, and with the possibility of highway men or other dodgy fellows lurking about, your bloggs are always first class with great knowledge and history on the area you cover, NEED A BIGGER FLASK 😅😊 look forward to your next one, all the best from wakey Jay.

Ey up Jay 👍… very kind words my friend… So happy your enjoying the videos…. And yeah i was prepared for a rainy one….actually it might have been more dramatic if it had been raining…. I got lucky…. We won’t see many more days like that for a while….. As always thanks for commenting much appreciated 👍👍👍

What the hell does the Devil do during the daytime, along with all the ghosts and ghoulies? Having a rest I suppose. Interesting walk. Cows! So unpredictable, especially with calves. Maybe take a few more apples to curry favour with your bovine friends. 😊

@@RobertJohnKerrUK I’ve never had a Cox’s apple. I’ve tried lots of other varieties though. My son has a few cows and they love their apples and quinces too. Cheers.
