got a copy of this it is amazing just use the system with any figures you like if your not a judge dredd fan it is the best scifi / cyberpunk system i have ever seen for tactical skirmish play.
Speaking of Mega City, how would you go about designing a board of terrain for it? I always assumed the structures would dwarf people in such a way that they would be impossible to capture as terrain. A scaled 4x4 area feels like an alley my comparison.
I really want this, but I invested in Warlord's last JD miniature game (Mongoose) and they pulled the plug on that after a year.I was then left to the mercy of Ebay sharks to try and build my minis collection at ridiculous prices. If this is still around in a few months I might pick it up, but I didn't like being burned...Having said that , the 'older' minis are waaaaaay nicer.
Man that looks pretty good. When I clicked on the link I (briefly) thought that this was an expansion to Crisis Protocol. (When you unboxing that game?)!
@@hendrikvandenberkmortel6702 Regarding the rules I agree., specially as many games are produced in US. Its just when they explain for example the size of the map, they use imperial. Thats why I asked maybe they're based in US also.

I've not seen you do much coverage of this game since. Would you do a playthrough or campaign? Or show the other content that's been released since?
Seconded! 🙌
Looks good. Never played a warlord game get (shame on me). Everytime i see judge dredd. I always hear "i am the law" from Anthrax.
This looks interesting, used to love the 2000AD comics in my youth, and just to wish you all a very merry christmas to yourselves and your families
It's a DAYstick.
looks cool but wow those models are FLAT
Come payday I am buying this plus some of the extras they have released
Looks ok , waiting for the H Wagon and Manta.
Good to see you Gerry, come and visit soon

If you check out the wargames magazine they have a whole article on it
Looks fairly easy to pick up ruleswise and they give you some terrain.. I kinda dig it.
Are the figures bolt action or 40k sized
They look a bit small.... I thought they are 28mm?
Looking at getting this but just seems strange you actually don’t get dredd with the core set!

Did you get into it in the end?
do you think Warlord have to release a 2000AD game every year or they'll lose the licence?

Why do you mostly use imperial unit system? Are you based in US?
I think it is a historic evolotion in wargaming.
