STAFF MEMBER TOOK STUFF OUT OF MY SHOPPING CART TO KEEP FOR HERSELF. INSANITY AT THE THRIFT STORE

It was 40 degrees celcius out there today but I went on the hunt to find treasure and tell you about it, even getting my stuff taken out of my cart by an opshop employee who KEPT THEM for herself. Today I drove over 400km to various op shops and thrift stores and lived to tell the tale. Stay hydrated my moon dogs.

I work at a thrift store. Everyone gets dibs on stuff, i dont care if its against policy. I look after my volunteers and its the least i can do if they give up theor time becuase they are a big help at the end of the day
That was very poor form to confiscate them off customers though. If they wanted it they should have kept it aside properly to begin with (out of view of customers). That was unless you pulled them out of their donation bins they havent sorted yet and they didnt sell it yet because they wanted to examine them properly for pricing rather than being put on the spot
