Piña Colada
Serves 1
Ingredients:
2 ounces white rum
3 ounces coconut cream (Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut)
½ cup pineapple juice
ice
pineapple wedge
maraschino cherry
Directions:
1. Shaker Instructions: Pour the rum, coconut cream and pineapple juice into the shaker jar. Fill the shaker jar with ice and shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds. Pour out into a glass and garnish with a wedge of pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
2. Blender Instructions: Pour the rum, coconut cream and pineapple juice into the blender jar. Add 3 cups of ice (or 2 cups of ice and 1 cup of frozen pineapple chunks). Blend in a blender to a smooth consistency and then pour into glasses. Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and a maraschino cherry.

4oz of rum 3oz of coconut cream 2oz of pineapple juice
My favorite drink, but I use pineapple fresh and little condensed milk, plus white rum and coconut milk, I like condensed milk bcz gives a special flavor

That's my favorite drink! I didn't know about de cream of coconut. I THINK here in Brazil we usually use coconut milk.

cream of coconut just means sweetened coconut cream (as far as I know) so find either in the store.
