For me the ice chest cooler doesn't fit behind the seat. It's going on the left or right
But
The 5 gallon fuel can fit behind the seat.
Riding solo, remove the seat or set it up on the left or right. " ice cooler"
As for the extra parts, I had it sit couple of nights on the water and no issues
