    The prefrontal cortex makes us do difficult tasks. We should use prefrontal cortex to enhance willpower. Best way to enhance willpower is meditation. Meditation helps in building self discipline and self control. Meditation changes the configuration of the brain in merely 21 days. We should exert ourselves until it becomes a habit. Our quality of life will be improved and will be able to do deep work. Share this wonderful inspiring video with everyone.

    Iam listening swami ji from 2020.and i belived all the think which swami said. And day by day iam progressing and iam loving my life.
    Now iam
    1.4.30 AM riser and 10 pm sleeper.
    2.Productive
    3.increased my brain power.
    4. I can Control my mind but it is hard but not impossible
    5.My physical Health is now Good
    6.Good in management
    And many more.
    I think i should say i Do all the things Except mediation. For me the biggest meditation is Namaj. And its really work because i meditate upon Allah.

    Will power is like a muscle, the more wisely we use it the the more stronger it becomes. Will power helps us resist the urges of our lower nature and allows us to operate from the higher nature. Meditation is the best way to strengthen the muscle of self control as mind initially wanders and to direct it towards divine takes lot of time. Will power is to be fully applied to bring it under control. The will power so energised can be used for all that we do.
