First and foremost, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Swami Ji for delivering this insightful and inspiring lecture on strengthening our willpower. In our fast-pace life, where distractions and temptations are everywhere, it is crucial to have a strong willpower to stay focused and achieve our goals. Moreover, I found the concept of understanding self-discipline and its three aspects. 'I won't, I will, I want ' - to be extremely helpful in cultivating a disciplined mindset. Swami Ji's advice is a powerful reminder to prioritize and make conscious choices in our lives. Radhey Radhey 🙏 🙏
This is the problem of many, we know our weaknesses yet we won't get rid of it, due to lack of will power/self discipline. Swamiji explained with a principle "I won't, I will and I want ". This will help to discipline the mind and use it for the best. Swamiji gave suggestion, meditation is a big help in increasing will power. My only weakness is I like to sleep alot, especially in afternoons. Even though, I work at that time, I won't put my 100% in it. I need to work on it.
Swami Ji's explanation of willpower's three key aspects is truly transformative. His teaching method, supported by excerpts from his latest book, Questions You Always Wanted to Ask, is unparalleled. His guidance and wisdom have made a significant impact on my life. With daily practice and focus on these aspects, I have become unstoppable in facing challenges. Thank you, Swami Ji, for sharing your knowledge and making it relatable through beautiful stories. I highly recommend watching this video to learn from his powerful insights on willpower. Radhey Radhey 🙏🙏
A comprehensive video on the power of will power 🤩 whether appearing for a competitive exam, committing to daily exercise, or simply waking early morning, for aspects of life self discipline is needed ... The key to self-discipline is will power ... Really liked the part of "I won't I will I want" self-talk mantra for exercising willpower ... The role of meditation in developing the willpower muscle is explained with great clarity🙏🙏🙏❤️
Thank you, Swamiji, for so beautifully describing how the mind naturally gravitates toward a variety of worldly pleasures, but by exerting one’s willpower with a sense of purpose, one can strengthen it through repeated practice. By saying "I won’t" to frivolous things, "I will" to achieve higher goals, and "I want" to do what it takes to accomplish the ultimate goal, we will find ourselves more capable of strengthening our willpower.
Will power is the most important thing to have. Without practising it in the right direction, the mind is strong and gets attached to the material world.
The majority of us ask the same question: we are aware of our flaws and genuinely wish to overcome them, yet we are unable to do so. A major contributing factor in this is a lack of willpower. I thought this video was great, because Swamiji provided a really insightful answer on how we might inspire ourselves and show that we are the best creation of God. I sincerely appreciate all of your great services to humanity, Swamiji.
Radhey Radhey! What an amazing message. It is so beautifully explained and I think each person listening to this video will benefit from it. Thank you for sharing and Pranams to your lotus feet Swamiji!

Grateful to Swamiji for sharing information on how to train our brain to develop a wide range of self-control skills. Self-control is certainly an asset for sticking with regular exercise and healthy food choices. It also helpful in learning whether it is Bhajans and Kirtan, or new skills for the office, or how to get a leaking roof repaired, or how to share something I have learned with someone else. Self-control is also important in managing relationships with others.
Beautifully explained! Will power is so important and it is what drives us to reach our goal. These three aspects are very important and motivation should be present.
Shri gurave namah 🙏 Swami ji. We are so blessed. Your lectures and pravachans are so divine, thought provoking and life transforming. I will be indebted to you Swamiji forever. All I can offer is my vinamra pranam 🙏. Please accept.

Thank you Swamiji for the powerful message 🙏
This was exactly the question going on in my mind. Thank you for sharing this much needed video. Willpower is the mental stamina required to pursue bigger goals. I not only understood the power of will power in achieving our goals but more importantly the techniques to grow them. Honestly, I had not paid serious focus on meditation. But I am going to sincerely apply the techniques that Swamiji taught in this lecture and grow my willpower.

Beautifully explained the concept of willpower swamiji. Very rightly as you said the willpower muscle can be trained just as we train the body in the gym. The best workout for willpower muscle is meditation . Apart from that throughout the day we have the opportunity to resist the low value activities and engage in high value activities. Doing this will make us reach a level where practically we would be able to achieve whatever goal we desire. I am grateful for this knowledge you shared swamiji❤🙏

In Power Of Thoughts Swamiji says do the opposite of the minds urges, don’t listen to it when it lures us into low value activities of the senses, as it strengthens the mind. I loved the way Swamiji told about the importance of meditation as it requires turning our pleasure seeking thoughts into Devine ones which will be a sure technique to wade off the problem of will in doing the high value activities that required to focus, stress management etc. Psychiatrists should also be considered to take notes from Swamiji’s wisdom 🙇♀️
