Nook. Usually I rag on you a lot for posting games that won't be released for months. Today I would like to thank you. 10 days is much more reasonable. Thanks!
This. I've started to watch for the first minute of every video just to end up skipping it after I see the "download the demo" in the steam page. A game that's not finished and won't be for God knows how long isn't worth watching a video for most of the times
To be fair, 1404 was a great game. A well executed clone, with a bunch of individual mechanics can be a good thing. I enjoyed “steam world dig” (which is also inspired by anno), cause they added the mining management.
Honestly for those saying Anno plus pirates meh What's wrong with that? Ubi can do pirates well Black Flag was good and even as mercenary as they are they didn't do Anno+pirate even though it would have been a license to print money so we have this now & I'm OK with that
You should ignore this game. Played the demo and it is just an Anno clone. So much is exactly the same and without the last 10% that makes Anno 1800 great. And pirates that produce stuff..sure 🙃 We got Anno at home ! 🤣
@@faeldray In the golden age, there were 14 and most of their roles are disputed and none of them were captains. None. Try and read about it. Yes it did happen, they served on pirate boats, super rare and they often dressed as men to hide and many werent found out about after the fact so a lot of reports are a little fuzzy. But as captains, during the golden age? None. Zero. Nada.
The intro be like: “Greed. Greed never changes…”

Reminds me of Tropico: Pirate Cove. Man, I miss that game. I wonder if I can still play it. Long ago lost the cd.
Its out there if you wish to navigate trojans and hackers, but its there. One of my fave games too. That one is Tropico 2. :)
Hey wait a minute, bricks is the only thing that dont need bricks, lucky that innit.
Is this simply a pirate-themed Anno 1404 clone?
Yup they did not even try to hide that

Women as pirate captains is fn hilarious.
I see someone couldn't even be bothered to Google "female pirate captains"
