Not seen any evidence one way or t’other for Brunswick horse colours. But in view of the distressed state of post-1812 Central Europe, bays and chestnuts would be more logical than black horses. I’m doing my Brunswick Uhlans at the mo’ - all as bays. (The Brunswick hussars I’m doing as chestnuts.)
Lovely unit mate I'm just waiting on an order from eagle figures of some brunswick line never painted their figures before but they look very nice on the website
Splendid Uhlans, great painting and basing!
Thanks Phil
Very nice mate. They turned out really well. 👍
Thank you!
Solid new intro great stuff👍
Very nice stuff. I think if I were to do Brunswickers I would have mostly brown horses to offset the black uniforms.

Thanks. I've got some Eagle Brunswick Hussars which will be my next cavalry unit to be painted (after my current Avantgarde Jagers from Front Rank)
Which kit did you use here?
Perry metal figures
That's a Ukrainian flag!
