For a someone who started so young acting, he surely was able to keep well, reasonable and wise. He is very smart, super great actor and still very handsome.

Not to shed any hate on Hayden Christian, but I think Leonardo would've been a perfect Anakin. He even could've played the character more than once it could've changed his career in a different way, despite that he has always played real-life people.

I actually think Hayden Christensen would have been better off because he was the #1 choice for The Notebook after the director saw his performance in Life as a House but the director then watched AOTC and hated so he cast Gosling. So hayden could have probably had a Ryan Gosling or even better type career had he not been black listed after Star Wars

Playing a character in the star wars franchise is a huge decision. I can't ever imagine him coming back to play the same role down the road, not after the SERIOUS roles he's done in other movies.
Tbh he looks more like Jake Lloyd than Hayden did but Hayden still knocked it out of the park

Incredibly gifted & young uprising actor as he was even in 2000, I'm not sure being in the star wars prequels would've been best for him. I mean, they weren't great written or developed movies. And not even Leonardo DiCaprio could've made them better. So yeah, he made the right call to decline the role for episode ll & lll😌

You know what the crazy thing is? If Leo had gotten the part and acted exactly how Hayden Christensen was directed to act, he would’ve probably been revered by the fans, but Hayden couldn’t get any respect until recently, because the fans didn’t understand why George made the choices he did.
Nope wrong. Leo is a legitimately great actor like Ewan who can elevate the material. Hayden is not a great actor, he looks great for the part and we all still root for him. It sucks but that's what it is
@@Dr_Jim57 I agree completely. Hayden looks thrilled part, or rather he's become synonymous with Anakin at this point, however Leo is a MUCH better actor.
Having said that, I still think the screenplay/dialogue should have been left to another writer or perhaps a collab of Lucas and a better writer. Even Leo would have been brought to his knees by George's unnatural and wooden dialogue.
