Good job guys! Personally, I'd swap out the white chocolate for milk or dark. You should try making vegan mac and cheese! I see it all the time on various social media, with people saying how good it is but I just don't think it would taste anything like real mac and cheese! Please do that one, I'd love to see how the kids do in a blind taste test!
Like the tongue twister it was funny. Also we go camping a lot and we sit around the campfire chilling roasting marshmallows and telling ghost stories. We also go hiking and we bring our dog along with us. Our dog's name is Kato and she gets tired after a while. I bet camping is fun for you guys. :)

I think you put it in the refrigerator to harden the melted white chocolate. Also for a fake mousse you can mix whip cream with pudding. Great job!
I would put it in the fridge after toasting and separating the marshmallow so you have a firm 'shot glass'.

They definitely didn't refrigerate before that shot in the video, and likely used a wet hot knife or spoon to cut away to get the clean cross section.
