John, thanks for all the great videos. I am trying to watch the videos that have a screen shot at the end, I want to watch the video gain and then be able to refer to the Screenshot. If you were to make a list of your videos with a short description and link it would help all of us wanting to improve. The list could include some of your older videos as well, Your video are the best on youtube. U have thought of putting the screenshots in Powerpoint with a link to the video so I can quickly review when I need to refresh my memory. I love my Selkirk paddles.
Hi John, great video! I have an unrelated question about a training tool I saw you using in a video that I haven’t been able to find since, and I was hoping you could tell me what it is. Basically, it looked like a thick, yellow, rubber edgeguard that slips onto your paddle, and I think you said it was helpful for developing stronger forearms and smaller backswings on your strokes. Appreciate any help you can give on this, thanks!
Depends. If it’s a return of serve, you probably want to run into the ball and let your momentum carry you into the court so you get to the kitchen line before the serving team can hit their third shot.
Great tips! It seems the marks on the back wall are due to poor footwork. 😂

What are the most effective workouts to increase speed, agility, and balance? Can you share maybe your top five? Thank you for all the great content!
In the run example, shouldn't you split step before striking ball?

Man that Selkirk Lab 007 paddle looks good!
I wonder is that 14mm or 10?
great video whats the name of the shoes you’re wearing in the video? they look nice
P38 Lightning. Winner's edge. The best pickleball shoes I did wear so far.
So, running back for a lob, switching hands to make the shot, but hitting the wall hard enough to hear a pop and feel intense pain is not good?
Content well running dry huh
