The court flipped on her because they caught her playing a game, putting her own agenda above her daughter. She was COACHING that child and trying to turn that child against her father. And still she insists that the EX is the bad guy here and SHE should have full custody. That she DESERVES to have full custody of her daughter.
She's not a innocent victim.
She appears to be someone who has lied all her life to a) get her way; b) get attention; c) control others. She may not be "crazy" but she has issues. The child, Sophie, is almost certainly better off with her father.
@@melliott333 there's a difference between personality disorders and mental health disorders like a sociopath and a psychopath those are personality disorders and have no cure. She has a personality disorder so she may be able to pass a mental health examination because it's not for a personality disorders just you may not be crazy like she says they're portraying her as crazy but she definitely has a personality disorder like you said the three reasons that she lies all the time you got perfectly right! The father is a disgusting, vile man and should be put in jail and get his parental rights terminated (I bet that was the end goal of this 'mother') not only for hurting his child but for all the suffering he inflicted on his ex. Oh and while we're at it, the moment she gets her child back, she should sue him for a compensation of at least 10 million dollar, if not more. Yeah right. Get real.

Polygraphs can be cheated and are not absolute "proof." While i dont think he molested the child, the polygraph still means nothing

As a mom myself, I do not accept her as a mother. She’s using her child as a pawn & not letting her daughter be a little girl.

Dr phil was trying to get this woman to accept accountability for her actions because it all starts with in and she didn't want to take the first step to recovery by telling the truth
She is highly manipulative. Courts made the right decision by giving custody to the father.

By her own words she was willing to crucify an innocent father at the expense of an innocent little Girl. Very shameful. Well done on the court for making the right decision.

This is how my sons mother lost custody of our son. The judge wasn’t stupid. They see thousands of cases and know whether the mother is COACHING or not. They always have excuses.
Too many women use false accusations against men and they get men put in jail.

So basically she came on the show to get Dr Phil to be on her side and help her without giving him any history of the case and then when he started to confront her with it she threw a fit.

When the courts give the kid to the father you know then mother is nuts but when he’s accused of abusing the kid and they still give him the kids and require supervision the mother is probably in need of a padded room

I saw this episode years ago. This woman still makes my skin crawl. She's manipulative, vindictive, hostile and willing to bloody Daniel any way she can. Definitely narcissistic tendencies, and likely a cluster b. The answer evasions really are telling, and the 'letter' from the grandfather are shades of Amber Heard. Disgusting.

For a court to give custody to a father and not the mother is shocking there must have been something very wrong with her for the court to give the father custody
Soon as Dr Phil started telling her that she has a problem, you can tell she was just hearing bla bla bla. She doesn't think she has a problem.

Expert con artist, she's well practiced at lieying. A quick wit, know it all, with all the right answers to any of Phil's questions. Accusations need proof, so when asked for evidence of her prior complaints against others in her past, and she is profiled to have complained so often with similar accusations with men. After she lost her custody battle she reversed Her accusation against the father of her child, SHE KNEW SHE GOT CAUGHT IN HER LIE. So now she, in an attempt in the future to regain custody admitting she was missinformed or is the truth she was persecuting the father.
It's disgusting and should be a criminal offense to falsely accuse a father of such despicable acts. He passed a polygraph test there's a reason he got custody and she has limited visitation.
All u can do is not judge but just pray for this woman, EVIL has consumed her and it's living in her

I just watch the follow on this story and I’m happy to see the father and daughter doing well. He is in second year of med school and she’s in a good school so I’m really happy to see there’s a happy conclusion however the sad part is Lindsey. I hope she can get back into her daughters life

Would a nappy rash qualify to take a 9 month old baby away from her Mom when the rash is being treated and the baby is teething that is what caused the rash as well as a very, very sensitive skin?!! Dr Phill, I wish you could go to Witbank, South Africa and set the CMR of the Dutch Reformed Church straight.
Just want to say I didn't watch this episode. But it's just my cry for help for the Social services here in South Africa. Children are being taken from their loving Mothers just because the Moms live in cultural homes they built themselves on small holdings.

The father took a lie detecor test and PASSED. She REFUSED to take her test after throwing a huge fit and trying to control/manipulate the pre-test interview. The polygraph expert said her not taking the test was basically in her best interest because she woulda failed anyways!
@@fairladykd6734 I know what happened but thanks for reminding me. In my opinion lie detector tests just dont sit well with me but everyone is entitled to their own opinion. We will never know exactly what happened. We only see what the show allows us to see.

Family Courts are known to be corrupt. This mother was railroaded. Shame on Dr. Phil. This young lady deserves justice, and to get her daughter back. She is very articulate and honest, unfortunately, very young. I wish her well.
She was NOT railroaded. Family courts are known to be extremely biased against the father therefore if the court awarded the father custody then they found the mother's conduct or situation disturbing. She is so sad! This young woman was wrong to choose that way to get rid of her ex and be with her daughter. But she is not drug addicted, violent and so on. Of course, we should know more about this case. There must be a really good raison to take a child from her mother! This kind of tragedy happens so often! And this is so wrong. It is a crime! I hope this woman fought back and tried hard using some smarter ways to reunite with her child!

The Father NEVER hurt/molested his child. That Mother lied and coached that sweet baby into saying all those awful things. She is a psychopath!
Sad? She was playing a game and COACHING that poor little girl into saying those awful things, trying to turn her against her father to gain full custody and the court BUSTED her. It's called parental alienation and that's Child abuse. No court is gonna give custody of a child to a Mother that's trying to get rid of that child's father after they've caught her. That's not in the best interest of the child. That little girl deserves and has the right to have a happy and healthy relationship with BOTH her parents. Clearly, right now that's not going to happen if the Mother gets primary or sole custody. Because then she'll have the chance to further coach that child into making false accusations. That's why the father got full custody. And unless the Mother changes her behavior, she will never get any custody of her daughter, only visitation. And I seriously hope she only gets SUPERVISED visitation.
Trying to convince a child that something horrible happened to them that didn't and accusing an innocent man of something terrible is reason enough to never get her back again. She should get jail time.
