This is not mentioned here but my grandmother always taught me that aloe Vera should be cut at the top end and placed in water over a 24 hour period in order to remove a toxic element that it brings. After 24 hours the water will look reddish. At this time rinse the aloe Vera and the cut it. And ready to use.

Someone PLEASE help me understand why aloe Vera causes my hair to have EXTREME static!
If I leave the aloe in my hair or even wash it out with water (even if I've applied it to wet hair) my hair are super shiny, soft, glossy and put together, but just SOOOO tangled and literally crackle with static! Why is this happening? I think I have medium porosity hair and my mum and brother both have high porosity hair and they have the same results? Thank you for your comments, but these dont work😣. It may be because of my length, lower back, or just my hair type in general. I mean, just the way it wraps it self around each strand, idk, it's a pain, when try in ng to grow it out. The strands do loop everywhere mid shaft, instead.of staying down and brushed through

    • @marybelle6373

Glory Hampton oh don’t worry, my hair does that too. It’s about waist/hip length last i checked.
When i had arm pit length hair I didn’t have the problem as much until it reached more around bra strap length or mid back. It’s the curse of long hair.
I recommend after you brush your hair to put it in a braid or a bun or something if the sort to prevent tangles. It’s helped me out soo much
I can brush my hair thoroughly and then turn my head one second and i have three tangles in my hair 😂

I accidentally burnt my hair with a hair dryer without realising for ages some years back which thinned my hair and I could see my scalp in the middle area even when my hair is parted. Perhaps, then again if you get the aloe vera from the food section of your grocery store I think you'll be alright.

Hey, I noticed more hairfall after using aloe for 5-6 times. Is this normal? Will trying out new one will cause hair to fall even more? How long should I wait to reach in a conclusion?

Someone PLEASE help me understand why aloe Vera causes my hair to have EXTREME static!
If I leave the aloe in my hair or even wash it out with water (even if I've applied it to wet hair) my hair are super shiny, soft, glossy and put together, but just SOOOO tangled and literally crackle with static! Why is this happening? I think I have medium porosity hair and my mum and brother both have high porosity hair and they have the same results? I can't find anyone else on the internet with the same reaction as I have with aloe! Even my body hair get static!

I have seen innumerable videos on butter-egg-yoghurt hairmasks, but too scared to try them. I usually follow the DIYs that you show in your videos, could you also try this mask and let know if this would help my dry frizzy hair. Thank you!

after cutting the aloe vera in half it's much easier to just use a spoon to scrape out the gel. it's also less messy :)

I find it easier to do it how I showed in the video, it’s just less messy for me when cutting it smaller sections at a time

@@AudreyVictoria I also cut it in the way that you do... But please, do not hold it and cut towards your hand. That stuff is so slippery - it can't be trusted.
(Or if you must, please don't film it as others might not have your mad skillz.)

The best way to take out all the gel from the leaf is to use a spoon.. that's how i do it.. all the pulp gets removed very easily that way..
