Hi Fay, this can feed two people perfectly, with room for 2nds. My next video is going to be 3 recipes for using thanksgiving leftover turkey. Gobble Gobble! lol
Wow I can’t believe it’s that time of year again…but I am ready for some turkey 😋. Your turkey breast looks amazing, I love all the vegetables you have with it…but now I can’t wait for Thanksgiving 😊. Thanks Rosie.
Hi John, I actually have a cranberry sauce recipe coming out soon. This really is a great amount for 2 to 4 people, depending on how big the appetites. Thank for visiting!

This is perfect! I’m meal prepping for myself today and wanted to incorporate a Thanksgiving dinner. I’ll have leftovers which adds to the nostalgia of a traditional Thanksgiving dinner.
Thanks, Rosie! Great recipe! The only suggestion I would make is to cook the breast to 160, pull it from the oven, and allow the residual heat to carry it to 165 degrees. Breast can easily overcook, and if you pull it at 165, the temp COULD rise to 170, or higher. 170 - 180 is OK for dark meat, but not a turkey breast! Have a great Thanksgiving!
@ we all did I’ll be making this again. I don’t really like turkey because it’s always dry but this was very juicy and the gravy was very good with the drippings. ❤️
Rosie, your roast turkey looks absolutely beautiful, my friend. You speak so sweetly, and you cook so gracefully, and you have a cute sense of humor. What seasonings do you recommend when cooking turkey?
Hi Byron, the seasonings that I used were excellent. I didn't have sage, otherwise I would have included it. You are always so sweet with your comments. Thank you sweetness!
Mmmm I am now craving turkey ! Thanks for sharing
Hi Sherry, I love me some turkey! Gobble Gobble!

@@sherryhable There is something about the crockpot that keeps the turkey juicy. Thank you for letting me know that you all enjoyed it!
Looks delish. I'm gonna try it. Did you cover the turkey with foil while in the oven or without? Btw, I just found your channel. I'll sub. Ty. ❤
