Reason is it's always show download indicator after 2 minutes progress,
Or the problem is,
U r in game and u clean the memory so Google Play Store in closed and can't download, u must not clean your device when you download

And also it shows notification, "waiting for wifi to continue additional download "
Even tho i activated. Download over any network option 😭

@@Anshumansahu23 go to settings of play store>General>App download preference> and select Over any network.
Or you may restricted your mobile data permission of play store.
Maybe work for you.
