Always love the channel from day one. I wish you went back to complete DIY videos, but I get it you have a business now and want to keep stuff secret and not detailed like before. But most people don't live close and would never take from you business. Good luck with the shop, maybe someone else will be doing more complete DIY videos for 360 & 430's.
@@normalguysupercar who cares what other people think! 99% of people loved them and inspired people to do their own work on their cars. If it wasn’t for you I would have never worked on my 430. To date I have saved myself 10’s of thousands doing my own work
Hello Dan, if I may ask, how many conversion kits do you still have in your inventory? Because these conversion videos are especially exciting to watch for me. I love how you buy automatic Ferraris and convert them before listing.
nice!!! regarding another recent upload of yours!! comments mentioned DDE (these are comments on the AEG company failure etc) regarding converting a Huracan to manual, via a sequential electronic gear-lever, have you guys thought about this..... in short the only real adjustment/difference is your replacing the electronic switch from the paddles to a electronic switch in the sequential gear-lever..... ok, for their purposes its not 100% set-up ie its used in a drift/track-car set-up & currently whilst drifting the car the automatic box & related sensors detect wheel slip & set the gearbox into a default setting (1st gear) to counter etc... for normal driving/track no issues.... its an interesting idea they've utilised, I'm thinking a nice raging V12 Bull may benefit from such conversion aswell.
Honest question….is the F1 really so bad? I have a both Porsche PDK and a Corvette Tremec dual clutch in the stable. I’d never change either for a gated manual…tell me what I’m missing
Hi Dan. I live in Sacramento California. I’m currently in the market for a 430 that I can convert to a manual. I didn’t realize that you guys offered the service. Now that EAG is not able to do it. Let’s say I wanted to get a conversion done, what would the timeline look like? And what do you think total price out the door would be assuming it was a transmission out job. Also, what would be the price if the transmission did not need to come out? You mentioned that you don’t have any kits right now, do you have a ETA for those?I really appreciate your help and love the videos. Thank you so much. Looking forward to hearing from you.
You're the only game in town in manual conversions after EAG nuked itself. You should still file suit for money that's owed you just to get a judgement.
"These cars feel faster with the manual..." On the stock cars I wonder if there's any kind of torque limit programming for the paddle-shifters that get deleted with the software revision? Or maybe it's just the excitement of finishing the job........ :-)
I wonder if anyone has attempted a manual 458? I know they were never a gated car but we have seen weirder things on here lol. Man 20k is a steal for a manual 430 though, you would be crazy not to do it if you own one
HI Dan can you do a video on how NOT to run a business into the ground and possibly end up in prison? I.e. what not to do so you do not end up like CNC or EAG or the dozens of other consignment shops out there. I know the obvious like not steal customer money or rob peter to pay paul but somehow I feel it is a little more nuanced than that.
As much as i like these conversions (i did one on a 928), the market value of the car will sink..it pays off if the buyer of a converted 430 doesnt intens to sell it again...
@@normalguysupercar thanks for the clarification...well, if the conversion is done without any hints about the conversion including the legal stuff, then yes...anyway, a converted manual is more valuable in my eyes than any f1 model... You guys are good 👍👍👍, honest, cool, down to earth people, thanks for your vids on valuable insights and no B S

The sweet and exhilarating sound of the clickitie clack of the gated 6! Cheers!!!👍👍😎🏎️
Heck yeah
Great work guys !!! Sounds great !!
Thanks a lot!
The glorious handshaker option!

Nice Job 👍

Art the moment none. We're working with Cambio Manuale to get more ASAP
"Art" the moment. Haha. Shout-outs to EAG, wish they were better run. Glad you found a very good replacement product in CM.

No it's not. I like the F1 in the f430 and love it in the Scud. But the manual is more fun
well TBH more work and slower ! but yea if you like to row gears or a boat there you go ! @@normalguysupercar
Very impressive....
Thank you!
Man, this is tempting as hell. What do you guys do about the e-diff?
This car kept the e-diff but we can do e-diff deletes as well.
nice bro..
Thanks
Hey Dan quick question, do you have any idea if there will be any manual gallardo and possibly murcielago conversion kits coming in the future ?
I have to assume at some point
Dan, is blockoff kit for banjos included? Computer programming instructiins included?
Yes and yes
Do you guys remove the paddles, now that they’re not needed?
Yes
Silly question, but did you make the manual shift kit first, and then license EAG et al to sell it?
No

Great job. Is this car for sale? I did not see it on the NG Dealer inventory.
Yes, we just haven't gotten pictures yet
$20k seems very reasonable considering all of the hours, steps, parts, etc. Any chance a 458 conversion will be possible?
@@greypoupon12 you can't do a 458 conversion. There's one example of someone doing a 458 trans swap to a 6 speed.
Ugh cant wait to do this on mine eventually. I'm sick of the F1 lol
LOL yup.
contemplating buying a set and saving for the day F1 goes out on mine. However, im envisiining kits will improve over time.
I love manuals but I’ve never driven a gated manual. What’s it like?
It takes a bit more attention
So awesome ❤❤
Thanks
New to your channel Dan, so what your actual doing is removing the hydraulic automatic actuators and using cables to change gears, interesting
Yup. It's the same setup as if it were from the Ferrari factory, just using aftermarket parts.
You're the only game in town in manual conversions after EAG nuked itself. You should still file suit for money that's owed you just to get a judgement.
Eh I'm thinking I'll wait for bankruptcy court

I don't believe so but on the turbo cars there is
I’m not usuybig on the stripes, but those really accent the car well.
I actually pulled the stripes on Friday. Lol
@@normalguysupercar 🤷🏻♂️ Looks good with ‘em off too I guess….😂
I personally prefer paddle shifters

There's a shop in Florida that did a manual swap on a 458 Speciale.
Need more Mercedes SL content 😅
I think Josh is selling it now
What's the point of the conversion ?
Uhhhhh... To have a manual shifter?
And does that make it a better car or better driving experience?
NGSC converts cars faster than EAG
Eh, to be fair, at the end EAG was pumping them out.
All those F1 lines are almost new and Ferrari wants $1200 each lol. Can sell them!
True
Interesting stuff really cool
Glad you enjoyed
