The drag chain on mine had an issue. When moving the X axis all the way to the right, the drag chain will lower in the middle and get stuck in the roller that supports it. But I guess we'll never see a fully honest review on a product that you don't buy with your own money.
@@WesHamstra The problem is that it is advertised as having air assist. Everyplace else, that means it has an air pump. Sellers on eBay etc., use that impression to promote that it has 'air assist' when it doesn't. It has the connection kit for it - which is entirely different. And it fooled me.
How to you change focusing for engraving vs cutting. I understand you can set for cutting in the software? Nobody really goes into this. And if it the software with the auto adjust, can you change for different thickness materials, so the cutting focus is in the middle of the material. Thank you!
I don’t know how you would set it manually. In the software you would have to input your material thickness. It will adjust the focus to be in the middle of the material. All the information on how to do this is in the manual.
This company is a joke. Save yourself the time. I ordered a machine and it was supposed to be here in 3-4 days. After 2 weeks and 3 emails I finally heard back and was told to would be 2 more months. I asked for a refund 4 times and they have not responded. I had to reach out to VISA to get a refund. Seriously go elsewhere.
Do you know that you are promoting a product from a company with devious practice. TS2 model is SOLD OUT but you can still go to their website and buy it without notification of the situation or notifying you that your shipping time will be significant affected, but your credit card will be immediately charge for it.
Being sold out doesn't mean they're shady; stock comes and goes. Half the stuff you order online probably isn't sitting on a shelf just waiting for you to order it; it's in the pipeline and can be sent when arrived, or in the case of single-package shipping, can be redirected or drop shipped. That's just how the world works. I used to work in shipping logistics; this is normal and not at all shady.

Yeah, it’s a little bit on the high side for hobby laser engravers. It works really well tho!

Yes there is. I plan on making an encloser for it that vents out my window. Just need to find the time to make it.
