Hello, I reprogrammed a Chevrolet Cruze Diesel 2014 ECU, a warning appears on the dashboard with the quality of the DEF fluid and they recommend make a ECU reprogramming, I did it but the problem persists, what will happen if instead of selecting the REPROGRAMMING option I select the SETUP option?
I did an engine rebuilt on my suburban, now I'm getting a p0300 code and c0561 do you think doing this can fix it? I replaced coils sparkplugs and wires and injectors already with no luck, I'm also getting the traction light, thank you
@@danysaade2286 I did do many things im not sure what fixed it, I think I had a bad catalic converter.... but I also replaced the intake gasket after I replaced the injectors, I would try the intake gasket first since it's cheaper
@@danysaade2286 my catalytic converter was totally clogged and was not giving me an error code but the signal was really low and so was the voltage, I was told to loosen the exhaust to let it vent at the manifold just to check if that was the problem but I didn't do that I just replaced it
I have never heard of SPS 2. I know the new system is called TECHLINE. But SPS still works never have vin mismatch or any other configuration codes so far. And TECHLINE is all bundle including programming and diagnosis. SPS works every time. I use it everyday maybe at least two times a day. Never had issues yet.
Actually you are right! I was not able to use SPS today. I Had to download and purchase TECHLINE CONNECT with SPS2 which cost me about $3900. After September 20 SPS will be off totally.

@@LSXperts72 Thanks my friend. On the bottom of the list of modules you will see “immobilizer relearn” or “vehicle theft deterrent relearn” as an option click on it and follow instructions.

I have the same problem on my 2022 suburban even the dealer didn’t figure out what the problem pls tell me me what you did

what tool is used here? do you need active subscription or log in?
How does this work if I'm doing an engine swap? Say a Cruze 1.4t into a spark 1.4. will it accept the spark vin?
GM just changed to SPS 2 . How do you program using that since you will get a VIN mismatch and will freeze unlike SPS-1

I had my ecm stolen, how can I read the vin and program new ecm?

Exactly! If new ECU no need if used ECU we need to do VTD relearn because that module married with another vehicles security system already
