Very nice of Jared to send you those elevator parts. That Otis button looks like junk though. Nothing of that nature can be heavy duty at all; light duty is kind of pushing it.
Very nice parts, and because they still make high quality fixtures (including standard, vandal resistant, architectural, and manual dead-man controls), that's why CJ Anderson and GAL are my favorite generic fixture companies. As with the newer Otis fixtures, such as the Series 1-5, I wonder if you can get some wiring/electrical parts from Unitec (since that's the Otis parts distributor), and as with the modern style touch sensitive button, is it an Innovation Prestige or EPCO Inch-Line button?
In addition, I have a similar OTIS switch like your GAL switch. And that touch sensitive button on my own Empire State Building call station.

this is not definite, but in a few years I may send down some salient, dewhurst and Schindler d series fixtures.
