Taking out the bottle part of the trap it wouldn't stop any bad smells coming through?
Just figured it out, they actually fit inside the pipe... not into a fitting or around a bit of pipe but it goes inside... because ikea want to be different and "fancy"
Doubt you need it now though seeing as your vid was 3 years ago 🤣
