I think what happended is that theyve told Harrison about how Jordan is and he is familiar with that type of superfans and hes kinda annoyed by them and so when Jordan came with the lego piece, Harrison thought that they were just making a parody of that type of superfans and so he was thinking its just a joke and so he destroyed it. Thats why Conan bursted into laughter, he realized what happened :D

I get that Harrison Ford intentionally broke the lego set and this bit was a setup; but due to Jordan's mono-tone nature, I don't know how much of this is a setup.
We know that Jordan is a big Star Wars buff, we know he is totally THAT kind of person that would build a $5000 Lego set, and we know that these things just don't grow off trees.
Because of how rare, expensive, Conan's reaction, and to some degree Jordan's reaction, if this was a fake video, then it was all likely done in one take, no rehearsals. I'm only like 75% certain its fake, but the other 25% of me feels like Conan's and Jordan's reactions are genuine with no script.
I'd wager that it was scripted but at the same time Jordan and Conans reactions were pretty genuine because their attitudes and senses of humor are real. So Jordan didn't find it all that funny and Conan found it hilarious despite it being scripted.
